  • In my youth I volunteered on a kibbutz. Years later nostalgically I researched the history of the kibbutz of my youth. I was shocked to find out the kibbutz was on the land of a Palestinian village. The village had been overrun in the war, the inhabitants fled to Jordan, the Israelis blew up every house in the village. Former members of Palmach established the Kibbutz and populated it with American and South African Jews. Israel has the right to defend itself? No thieves and murderers need to be punished not rewarded. Malcom X said of the media “it has the power to make the innocent guilty, and the guilty innocent”.

    • @@Dawah_Help it’s all in the inter web, Kibbutz Tzora check it out. The tactic was very common if you read Ilan Pappe’s book The Ethnic Cleansing of the Palestinians it’s all outlined there. It was a very wholesome activity. I’d just spent a few years in the army, and had a bit of a drink problem. A summer of good food, hard work and no alcohol (my choice) did me the World of good. I went on to do seasonal agricultural work for a few years after that. My time on the Kibbutz was an education politically, historically, and religiously as well.

"it is forbiden by international law." international law is meaningless unless a few select nations choose to uphold it. how were the chinese allowed to conquer tibet? hell russia just took crimea in 2014. looks like they will take more of the ukraine. although our ATACMS apparently just proved effective. are any muslim countries even helping ukraine against russian aggression? if you want to hang your hat on international law, good luck with that. what history do you think i'm missing? the conquest of the hindu valley by the mughals? how about the ottoman empire. do you know they taxed the greeks one out of every 5 male children? strange muslims don't want to talk about the 1914 arab uprising. that is what but this land in british hands to be given to the zionist. if only the ummah could just all get along. so what do you think is the big stradegy here by hamas? just hoping to slow down saudi normalization? or do they think the can start a wider war? syria and lebanon are in no position to help. it is not 67 or 73, the egyptians [not that they were very effective then] will not help. iraq doesn't even have an air force any more. jordan, see egypt. is this all a hope for a massive civilian body count in gaza and a hope to get the world on the palestinian side.

They created nothing in it. Since they were strangers to the land, they never became its masters. The desert wind that brought them hither could one day carry them away without their leaving behind them any sign of their passage through it". - Comments by Christians concerning the Arabs in Palestine in the 1800s - "Then we entered the hill district, and our path lay through the clattering bed of an ancient stream, whose brawling waters have rolled away into the past, along with the fierce and turbulent race who once inhabited these savage hills. There may have been cultivation here two thousand years ago. The mountains, or huge stony mounds environing this rough path, have level ridges all the way up to their summits; on these parallel ledges there is still some verdure and soil: when water flowed here, and the country was thronged with that extraordinary population, which, according to the Sacred Histories, was crowded into the region, these mountain steps may have been gardens and vineyards, such as we see now thriving along the hills of the Rhine. Now the district is quite deserted, and you ride among what seem to be so many petrified waterfalls. We saw no animals moving among the stony brakes; scarcely even a dozen little birds in the whole course of the ride". - William Thackeray in "From Jaffa To Jerusalem", 1844 -

The General's Son: Journey of an Israeli in Palestine by Miko Peled Holy Lands: Reviving Pluralism in the Middle East by Nicolas Pelham A letter from a Rabbi quoted in CONSTANTINOPLE The author of the book Phillip Mansel writes “... Jews were encouraged to immigrate from Europe. A letter from one rabbi to his persecuted brethren in Europe burns with fervour of a Zionist immigration prospectus, urging settlement in the Promised Land:” "Here in the land of the Turks we have nothing to complain of. We possess great fortunes; much gold and silver are in our hands. We are not oppressed with heavy taxes and our commerce is free and unhindered. Rich are the fruits of the earth. Everything is cheap and every one of us lives in peace and freedom. Here the Jew is not compelled to wear a yellow star as a badge of shame as is the case in Germany where even wealth and great fortune are a curse for a Jew because he therewith arouses jealousy among the Christians and they devise all kind of slander against him to rob him of his gold. Arise my brethren, gird up your loins, collect all your forces and come to us." The author of the book CONSTANTINOPLE continues “In ‘the refuge of the world’, in contrast to western Europe, there were no restrictions on freedom of trade and few limits on the construction of synagogues. ... With their new-found wealth they were able to outbid Christian and Muslim consortiums for the lease of Constantinople’s customs. ... their history is that rarity in Jewish history, a happy story. In Constantinople the words pogrom, ghetto, inquisition had no meaning.” "After 1453 most Europeans believed that a state could flourish only if it imposed religious uniformity. In the sixteenth century ‘heretics’ were burnt alive in London and Berlin, massacred in Paris, expelled from Vienna. In 1685 Louis XIV expelled all Huguenots from France; until 1700 appreciative crowds, led by kings and queens of Spain, watched heretics burn alive in the Plaza Mayor of Madrid. The Ottoman Empire, however, gave religious freedom to Christians and Jews. George of Hungary wrote in the fifteenth century: ‘The Turks do not compel anyone to renounce his faith, do not try hard to persuade anyone and do not have a great opinion of renegades.’ In the seventeenth, in the view of the traveler and writer Mosieur de La Motrae: ‘There is no country on earth where the exercise of all sorts of Religions is more free and less subject to being troubled, than in Turkey.’ " - Philip Mansel in the book “Constantinople”

Pg 225 In the last chapter titled Conclusion: 'The Importance of Being Tolerated' He says "THE JEWS OF JERUSALEM enjoyed the status of a tolerated minority, that of a “protected people.” "... the Jews enjoyed social autonomy and religious freedom to an impressive extent."

The rulers of Mecca and Medina were bribed to switch loyalty. The capitulation of Caliphate was a direct result of the WWI defeat of the central powers. The British had conspired to settle the Jews in Palestine in the Balfour declaration. The Ottomans never really controlled the Arabian peninsula centrally, they had treaties with the local chieftains to rule over their territory in exchange of taxes.

And I've also seen zionists on instagram unfollowing creators who started re/posting about Palestine. But of course this way you also get a new wave of followers, but risking losing the ones you already have chancing that the right audience discovers you must discourage people from announcing the truth out loud.
