This girl really needs more subs! Finally some good content, feels like KZhead is getting crowded with quick views and shallow content. Love how you take “old subjects”. And putting your own unique views on it, instead of following the crowd. ❤️

When I take cold shower and get out and dry myself, half an hour later my body feels warmer than usual and quite energetic, focused and light.

This reminds me of my cold baths in Lake Superior in 2ºC water at our summer cottage. Oh yes, painful and hellish but man, I feel great afterwards. It's really kind of amazing. 🥶🥶🥶...but then 🥳😎🕺

The subjects in your video's are very common and you had me with the video about traveling alone. I'm still looking up to travelling alone... And don't worry about your English, it's really good. I mean REALLY good! It's that I know you are Dutch, but your English is really fluent. Keep going!

When I traveled in Guatemala I had to get used to the fact that ice cold showers was just the way it was. Only in hotels could I get hot water, and that was sporadic at best. I was so happy to return to the states and take a good shower.

It doesn't work the cold shower thing. I tride it and always get sick after. Best thing is just to sleep better hahahah

As someone with sensory issues this could never work for me 😂 I have a hard enough time getting the shower as it is, lol. But I keep my house cold so maybe that’s helping with my mental abilities??

I have no idea what time of year you showered or which 7 days of the year you actually showered on, whether it was all Mondays, or all Wednesdays, etc. How did you keep clean for the other 358 days of the year (provided it wasn't a leap year)? 😁👍
