we have finally got a big push to slash the standard workweek from 40 hours to 32 is gaining a foothold in the Senate with a proposal that would require businesses to offer the 32-hour workweek but preserve employee pay as well.

A 40-hour working week has been the norm for decades, aiming to protect workers from burnout. when it comes to this stressful labor force and we are even talking about fast food line of work. Why should businesses consider this change? And more importantly, what are the benefits and drawbacks of working 32 hours per week instead of 40? the technology we have today has played a vital role in this, allowing us to do more in less time.
