In connection with the Delhi excise policy case, the #CBI raided the residence of Delhi Deputy Chief Minister #ManishSisodia.
The new #excise policy, for which Sisodia is being investigated, is one of several policy changes he oversaw during his tenures in the #AAP governments of 2013, 2015, and 2020. So, what is the alleged scam against him all about? According to a report submitted to Delhi Lieutenant-Governor V.K. Saxena, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia allegedly changed excise policy without the LG’s approval.

If checked in details in Such way in each state liquor scam would be common. Let the guilty get punished not only in Delhi but in each States of India

But isn't it an issue of state government only. They have full control over the liquor policy. If no bribe is found in the hands of AAP party & their relatives despite several raids and checks, then why this fuss. There were many waived off taxes and duties by governments during covid times because of lockdown. They should investigate that also..

A procedural shortcoming does not amount to corruption. Did the then LG pointed out the procedural irregularity or for that matter did the chief secretary pointed to then LG.??

I generally doesnt like Kejriwal and will never vote AAP, but in this case, I am not against AAP, as it is not a Scam. The problem of Kejriwal is he want to win future votes at any cost, which sometimes include refund the deposit or waive the fees for a month or two. Everybody has its own way, its not a big matter. Yes, CBI should check none of the minister didnt got any kickbacks, but other then that, its a clear case.

Dekho pehle ek RK ka bottel 530 me pdta tha jishme VAT 109 and dusre tax Mila kr totle govt ko 330 ke aas paas milta tha and retailers ko 33.35 profit hota tha now after the new excise policy govt ko totle 8 rupye tax mil rha hai and retailer ko 350 se jyada profit ho rha hai... Ishme dekh rhe ho kitna bda jump aaya hai retailers ke profit ko... This is the main issue
