Just like them, Poseidon thought he was untouchable and ended up revealing desperation and rage when his arrogance finally was shown to be that, and it was shown he was using what he claimed he was above all along and the second that flimsy cover was gone he was slaughtered like a wild boar.

It's hard to say with Poseidon, but most likely it was torment but also possible that he simply didn't even care enough to have any intent. Poseidon isn't really the kind of god that would enjoy fighting a lesser being and that's what Sasaki was to Poseidon a lesser being nothing but an insignificant insect. Even in Poseidon's last moments he still didn't take Sasaki seriously and viewed him as a lesser. That's why in the end Poseidon lost he never once considered Sasaki an opponent or a threat only a bug that he was going to step on. Had Poseidon been serious and considered Sasaki and opponent and a threat from the start or even part way through the fight he would of won but his pride and arrogance was so absolute and blinding that he could never do that. So he definitely didn't enjoy the fight, he was either tormenting or just trying to crush a bug he couldn't care less for.
