  • As an Indian, I appreciate your recommendation to ghee to Americans. It has been used in hinduism and considered sacred because it is essentially a dairy product, that comes from cow's milk. Ghee has such immense benefits if there is no processing involved. The traditional method to churn out ghee is known as "bilona" method, where ghee is actually made from the addition of yoghurt instead of butter or cream of milk, and churned with hand. Another recommendation is to buy ghee made from cows that produce milk containing A2 milk. Very hard to find in the Netherlands, where I live. However, ghee made with A2 is the best version of ghee possible.
