The Bucks County Pennsylvania DA’s Office should look into this problem: There are people who have been making severe electronic sounds in Bucks County and most likely the North East United States for 25 years and more. The sounds are around private property, they are after jobs and property, they have made it known that they are going to privatize the community. They have the electronic technology to make electronic sounds 24/7. These sounds may be, (voices, noises, tones, pulses, waves, hissing, vibrator) and Doppler effect frequency shifts. The electronic sounds are on the highways and roads and are a driving and pedestrian hazard. The severe electronic sounds are making people sick and ill. This is very reckless behavior, we don't think we need to smile and take a picture, something has to be done about it now. The community has had problems with these people for the last 20 years and more, the police have done nothing to stop it, there has been property damage, individual have been drugged and jobs lost. We do not want the Electronic Sounds on our properties. If nothing is going to be done about it, people must be protected and made known of these problems. A stand-up news conference would be a good start to tell everyone what is known, what kind of electronics equipment is being used and what is going to be done about it. The county must be pro-active about these problems, the further problems have gotten down the road, the more serious the problems have become for everyone.

The HAVANA Act, which passed in 2021, gives an untaxed lump-sum payment of one years' salary to government employees with a "neurological injury."
I've read the Act and the attendant forms. How many people have applied for and been granted payment? Since the form doesn't ask for much detail as to HOW the neurological injury was received, it isn't particularly evidentiary as to the source.

You're right about the evidentiary source or location of the incident. ex; The HAVANA Act places no geographic restrictions on the country where a qualifying injury to the brain occurred. Neurological damage caused by a directed energy weapon. This class of weapon has been used for decades by spys. Publicly we don't even know if these weapons were originally discovered as side effects of experimental listening devices, or designed from the get go as weapons against humans.
There are some excellent documentaries by 60 Minutes on KZhead on this subject, go to their channel! Basically some unknown organisation is targeting US officials abroad and at home with very strong directional microwave sources, like a microwave gun of sorts. The microwaves go through windows and thin walls and damage tissues, especially the brain, but leave no obvious mark for everyone to see, like a gunshot wound or stab wound would. And there have been thousands of people injured.
I seem to remember a certain destroyer in the Gulf of Tonkin being attacked and later it was found out that it never was and yet we invaded Vietnam and lost almost 60,000 American soldiers and killed nearly a million Vietnamese and Cambodians. I also seem to remember something about lies of weapons of mass destruction and well over a million Iraqis were killed because of it.

From the statements made by a couple of the interviewed "victims" in the 60 Minutes report, it's unclear to me that what these people experienced were anything much more than physical and emotional symptoms which could have other causal explanations than a "directed energy weapon". Neurological symptoms can appear at times without an obvious trigger, and I believe at least some of the "victims" are adding a touch of hysteria into the mix. We know what microwave and ultrasound can do to people. Some of the symptoms being described just don't fit what we know about such devices, and there is no such thing as magic. That isn't to say that we don't have enemies working against us - but I think "Havana Syndrome" needs to be looked at more critically than this. Are our enemies seeking out victims who seem key in the efforts against them? No doubt - but this feels awfully scattershot, with slightly different descriptions of events and outcomes being reported at nearly random places and times. The story doesn't come together.
