I'm impressed that they really bake their products with true ingredients! No egg powder but real eggs, milk from a pack and not milk powder ans water, chocolate coating and not palm fat coating. Manufactures from Europe should take them as an example!!

@@tatumcummins6 Maybe if you buy a Kit Kat or a Kraft sliced cheese pack off the grocery shelves, sure. These are usually higher demand, lower priced food so they have to be mass produced. Notice how most food in this video is a high quality dessert, so it's bound to be sold at a higher price and in less stores.

Am I the only one SCREAMING when they threw away those excess cakes from the rainbow cake? They could've easily made those cake scraps into cake pops, thus earning more profit with the ingredients bought. But overall, great video.

You can't beat KitchenAid mixers. I have 3, one was given to me by a relative he purchased it in the early 70's and it still works great. I love them!

I owned a restaurant/bar for a bit and it was in a place that had been there since the 40s. They had a huge old mixer like these in the back when I rented out the building
I wish I had the recipe for the Tom and Jerry cheesecake. I don’t know what half the ingredients going in. I know the basics ie butter and sugar and eggs, but no clues as to other ingredients. They look delicious. I’d love to try it, but flying to Korea from the U.K. for a cake is a bit extreme. I wonder if they do anything with the offcuts?

I just wish when it comes to factory cakes like this especially the rainbow cake at the beginning that any part of the baked cake that gets cut off is either recycled or repurposeed or at least taken home to be eaten by the staff because its still a freshly baked cake

@jj doughboy Staff can't take it home as they would have to buy it. Normally this food waste is recycled with other food waste from factories, shops, restaurants and bakeries to become biofuel. This practice is very common as there is less waste of money when food scraps can be repurposed for fuel.
@@ameliagraham3677 The thing is that you have to declare every ingredient in a cake or other baked goods. For that reason crumbs are made for the cake in question. Using scraps derived from other cake recipes wouldn't be manageable when making the table contents. Bakeries can generate income from selling cake scraps full of starch and sugar to be fermented for bioethanol. High quality food scraps from restaurants and bakeries can also be fed to pigs.

@@tracer740 they are balls of cake, resembling lollipops. You can use the leftover cake and crumble it up into a bowl, add frosting little by little until you can form a sturdy ball with your hands. then you can dip it in melted chocolate

South Korea is a beautiful Country and her people take pride of all the have and imn their work which is how they enjoy all that they have! My dad fought for the South Korean people he loved their hospitality and kindness!! He talked about the beauty of the land and her hills. He was disabled from the War and just died 12/7/20 at 88yrs old. (Also he joined the Army @ 17yrs old! His dad signed a permission letter allowing him to join so young.) I am proud of my dad and he was proud to fight for the South Korean people!
