  • STORY TIME: There was a girl who fell in 'love' with the guy she met on her first day of highschool. As days go on she fell even more not realizing it isn't love at all. She never really knew him that well but got addicted. She just wanted someone's attention and not to be alone. Everyday she went home to her mom and younger sister while her dad went abroad for that year. She would watch her sister get hurt and not do anything about it because she's scared. The boy she met liked her too but he really disliked her sensitive side. The side where she cried and asked him not to be mad anymore. It annoyed him so much. Her friends didn't like what was going on between the two. It went as far as to they say 'I love you' to each other. One summer night he stopped texting her and she cried wondering why. Two months later he texted her his real feelings and intentions. She felt broken and wished she never fell in love. Then she realized it was never love in the first place. And her mistakes teach her something important for the future. Some mistakes are made, that's alright, that's okay.. I'm a writer but this song really hit.

My dad tells him to stop being so discouraging but it doesn’t make a difference. My mother is always in the hospital with my grandpa because he is fighting cancer. I do my brothers laundry, dishes, make food, ect. My dad is a pilot so he’s not always home to do those things. My brother has tried to stand in the way of my goals, but I encourage you to persevere. Just as my brother says I don’t do enough and that I disappoint him, I believe there are others out there dealing with things similar. I believe it is my job to tell those people to always have hope, and that things will get better. You will not know when but god does. It may take a while and it will not happen if you don’t believe it will. Keep at it. Stay strong. And I’m here for you.

  • As a victim of abuse and an abuser myself, this song just fits my past relationship. I was so horrible to him, manipulative, lashing out, getting angry. All that I’m left with is, well, guilt, because I suffer the consequences, I lost friends and people I cared about, it’s time to change, and reflect. It’s time to grieve for what me and him had and move on. He already had a GF, and well, I’m asexual due to some complications, I have an admire to someone, though.

  • To whoever is reading this or struggling in life right now, I just want to remind you that you are loved by someone, even if this person may not be here now. I am sure that someone cherishes you and loves you, and eventually you will find that person. So don’t give up, it may be hard now, but things will be better I promise. It’s okay to feel sad, angry, jealous, mad, happy because that’s what makes you human. Don’t let yourself down, there is always light at the end of the tunnel, you’ve been alive till now. You survived through all of this, you deserve to be proud of yourself! Don’t underestimate yourself, don’t let words bring you down, you are better and worthy more than that. There is something to live for. Your kindness is like a candle, when it lights up, it brings a happy smile to others! :) Take care of your health, drink water, eat healthy food, play sports! Wear warm outfits, your mental well being is a priority. Beautiful soul, remember to smile, because a smile is what suits your pretty face the best! :) Edit: In life you might face decisions that others may laugh at, or make fun off, it gets really hard. But think about it like this, does their opinions really matter? is it my happiness or theirs? is it my life or theirs? do I not take control of my own happiness and decisions? Have the courage to stand up for what you believe in, and write your own destiny, because you will find out that you lived a life filled with regrets, not full of choices. That's it, you have the gift and talent, so grab the chance, make the most of it, it's only one life we live in. Others are flying, why don't you take the risk too? You might succeed and fly, or fall back, but either way you can stand up and give it another try. Because if you don't fail then you are not trying. Look at all those mastermind’s and successful people, from where did they get all the success? They failed, Thomas Edison failed 100 times, and in the try 101, he made the light bulb. Behind every success, there is a backstory of sleepless nights, blood, sweat, tears, stress and you name it. It's okay to fail, it's ok to not feel alright, it’s okay not to feel like giving up. Make mistakes, learn, grow and flourish! Go to the mirror, and praise yourself, say that you are proud of yourself, that you are beautiful, and are doing amazing, be compassionate with yourself, don't push yourself to the limit :)!! I thank you for your existence on earth, you are important, and make this universe brighter, it will never be the same without you!

  • This song reminds me a lot of my dad's ex-wife. She was emotionally manipulative and abusive. He turned to alcohol and chew and was addicted for most of my siblings' childhoods. He finally got the strength to divorce her and got sober before falling in love with my mom, who he's currently with. I'm so grateful that I grew up when he was already out and away from her. Watching him struggle and fight to heal even after nearly 20 years of being divorced from her really shaped the way I grew up. Knowing that he could fight that and still become the wonderful man he is now kept me going when I was in the worst of my own mental illnesses.

  • To anyone reading this and suffering: Dear reader , you might be in pain or, anxious or stressed or exhausted, lonely, not okay or scared or numb and maybe all of them, things are hard rn and they might still be hard in the close future, things might not be going the way you wanted, life probably is not treating you very well, you're in pain and maybe u've been in it for a long time, or ur heart is broken and u feel pain every second , or maybe u've been left behind by the person that you loved the most onday, or you lost one of your loved ones and you can't take it anymore, idk know what you're exactly going thru rn, and i know , whatever you're going thru is hard, painful, exhausting, tiring, u might have thought of ending it or u didn't , however it doesn't change the fact that u're suffering, so i'll tell you something i might understand what u're going thru, or not but i understand something very well , i know and i'm sure of this thing, here it is: dear reader have you ever thought of how beautiful and calming sitting on ur bed , rooftop, beach or anywhere u want and having and empty mind? Onlyy you chilling , no pain, no stress, no anxiety, no Unwanted thoughts , Yes this might be something u really wanna try especially rn. I'll tell you something , there"s people who already tried this thing but can't anymore, because they gave up they weren't weak but the world was too strong for them, i bet they still wanna try it tho, do u wanna commit the same mistake? I don't think so , and let me tell you something, if you keep fighting the same way you have been until now you'll succeed , why? Or more like how? Well that's a really good question and the answear is pretty simple, pain is like storms, unwanted, scary, strong, inescapable and they take many lives with them BUT what happens after a storm usually??? Damages right, but day after day the weather becomes clearer and clearer and the damges are recovered, and that's exactly what pain's like, if u're strong enough u'll survive , live, and a after a while everything is gonna be okay, things are SO SO hard rn but they will get better one day , THEY SHOULD never ever lose hope if u do i don't think u'll be able to chill with a clear mind in ur dream vacation, i don"t know you personally, i don't know what's happening inside ur precious mind, but i know and i'm sure of one thing YOU ARE A SURVIVOR.
