GM has over 40 fights and over 30 wins and Khamzat beat him with one punch. With over 30 or over 40 fights comes the experience so guy with just 5 or 6 fights shouldn't beat guys like that. Not to mention that Khamzat started mma just 3 years ago and he is a pro for less than 3 years now. Colby I believe is a more well rounded fighter skillwise than Usman. Having said that, he's going to have to find an answer for Usman's greater power and destructive jab. His jab alone can break Colby's jaw again. An answer to that power is key. It would be unwise to not fight within the next few months. Confidence and skill need to be worked at a high level. If they give Colby anyone in the top ten , he should just take it, shine and enjoy an easy payday with a likely KO bonus for the night. The Usman rematch will eventually come.

I've always had mad respect for Colby because you can't deny his ability to fight, he's just a beast. I've never agreed with the shit talking he's done, but it's hard to see Colby not talk shit to his opponents, it just fits his character lol. I feel like he's leveled up a bit in his trash talking, and I also think he leveled up one LEVEL after Usman's fight. Colby is Usman's toughest challenge in this division for sure.
