The product mentioned in the video:
34mm Picatinny: vector2007.com/products/x-acc...
30mm Picatinny: vector2007.com/products/x-acc...
30mm Dovetail: vector2007.com/products/x-acc...
hi! Is it ok to use that in larger calibers?like .308 and .388? I'm concerned with the adjustable tilt of tha rings.
Hi, we are afraid that it can't hold that recoil. It is designed for small ammo calibers or airguns. For 308 or 338 magnum please check this one piece 20MOA mount. Thanks. www.vectoroptics.com/products/view/id/XASR-3032.html
@@VectorOptics Thank you..Please update us if there's any rangefinder with 2500 meters specs in your company.
@@st.gabriel3406 Hi, we have a 2000 meters range finder. Is it still OK too? Thanks
Olá , preciso de um mount de elevação para tubo de 34 mm, tem ?? Obrigado
Hi, Yes, we have it in 34mm. Thanks www.vector2007.com. Model: XASR-3050
How many inch pound force i can apply on base Rings and on Scopes Rings?
Hi. For 30mm and 34mm both Dovetail and Picatinny rings, we suggest 25 inch/pounds (can accept a max 45 inch/pounds). Thanks. vector2007.com/
@@VectorOptics what about torque on regulating screws?
@@Load200 Hi. We suggest a 25 inch/pounds (can accept a max 45 inch/pounds).
Where do we buy there?????
Hi, you can order it from our retail webstie. www.vector2007.com
So how is a parallel moving of the scope supposed to give more elevation? The scope should tilt and not move parallel to the bore axis. Elevation is the change of the ANGLE of the axis of the scope to the axis of the bore. MOA=Minutes of ANGLE
Hi, how are you? Yes, yes, the scope rings can be tilted. It will not be parallel as the bore axie. Thanks.
@@VectorOptics So why are you using a bubble level then? You are showing how you meticulously are trying to move it PARALLEL to the bore axis using the bubble level. When I see how the inner sliding surfaces are machined, it is evident that it was ment to be moved parallel up and down. It seems that you can tilt it a litte bit, but this is due to the play in the mechanism and not because it was ment to be a tilting mechanism.
@@deusvult4787HI, thanks for the reply. Firstly, you need to install your scope axis parallel with the monut rings's axis. In that case, you may need to use the bubble level for the right installation. If your scope has big objective lens which may touch the barrel, rail or reciever etc, you may need to adjust the height of the rings. By using the bubble level can also help proper installation between scope and rings, and it can avoid some bending happening. Having installing the scope, you can zero your scope with your caliber. If the scope elevation adjustment range can't support your shooting, you can title the rings as requested. Sincerely hope it may help a little bit. If you have any question please do not hesitate to contact us, thanks.
How much MOA can you get by titling the rear ring Up to get more elevation in the Turret my 10/22s are shooting 6-8 inches low @ 50 yards with the Top Turret Hight Maxed Out ? I have used 3 different Scopes ,Bases and Ring Heights and its all the same results @@VectorOptics
Its good but 6 screws too much for airguns… make other models 4 screws or even 2 if possible
Thanks to let us know. For new 25.4mm one inch rings, we will use 4 screws, thanks.
@@VectorOptics i wish you all the best … many airgunners use 30mm honestly specially PCP
@@mughram thanks again for your info.
