With Marvel's Spider-Man 2 having suit styles as a customization option, I was hoping that for Marvel's Spider-Man 3 we could fully customize a suit slot which would include the lenses, logo, primary suit color, secondary suit color and more! I truly believe that Marvel's Spider-Man 3 will have the option to customize suits like this or at least a singular suit style to allow us to have infinite replay ability.

Even if they didn't implement something this in-depth, I think they should at least allow us to do color customization for suit styles. It wouldn't be too hard to implement because it's just a texture change.

I feel like if they continue suit styles they should use the 4th style for a special filter style like let’s say the negative suit for advanced suit or cel shaded style for the classic suit. I feel like this would be better since the 4th styles sometimes look like they didn’t even try also they wouldn’t be taking up a suit slot

Personally I think mixing suit customisation isn't the way to go. It's a little much for the type of game it is. They should focus on giving as much comic suits as possible.

I completely agree with everything you’re saying here because well I was wanting the same thing I have been for almost 3 years you haven’t gotten anything close to it in a real playable Spider-Man 3-D sandbox like the PS4 and the PS five PlayStation PlayStation, whatever you wanna call it

I think in SM3 how the customization system should work is that there aren’t actually any suits, we’re instead unlocking suit parts (for instance, instead of unlocking the Raimi suit, we unlock its parts) which we can then apply to our fully customizable suit
I remember people talked about this before releasing the first game Also the third one would be a pure wonder, if they added physics based movement and make it less arcade-like for example losing the momentum when running up a wall, and gaining speed when running down the wall.. also it would be cool if we could run on the surface while holding a web and swinging close to it Also the web swinging could be more polished Even on swing assist 0, for example when I dive and do loop-de-loop, sometimes the web gets attached sideways and not to the front of me, which hurts the eyes and irl, it could slam me into a wall, just like corner whip instead of sending me flying straight

It would be dope if they let us create our own spider logos and design, like imagine making a crossover of the raimi spider logo with the ps4 suit logo. Kind be really cool. Insomniac should really do this and let us customize everything
I think it would be cool if it was taken a step further by letting players have style slots for their custom designs, but they could have different purposes like a suit better equipped for stealth missions or added defense, etc.
I think you should unlock details from each suit as you get them

I hope they add this feature in the next game but also add like a community creations similar to the wwe games so people can download other people's creations it would be cool

Oh man, you know where else Insomniac could better apply this super sick Spider-Suit customization in? A (MULTIPLAYER) SPIDER-VERSE GAME While it's indeed (reportedly) cancelled, somehow I have a feeling that it's just being pushed back a lot since Insomniac would still need to wrap up the story in their Spider-Man 3 game Perhaps they could also leave it as an open ending so they could have the Spider-Man fans crave for more lol 😂 In that regard, I'm also aware that they still need to further polish their customization mechanics for this, as well as setting up the servers and other stuff so that the game wouldn't be overwhelmed by the sheer number of players and crashed Since the fan game have color sliders, I believe it'd be the best alternative for the suit styles in MSM2 since we could just recreate them simply by changing into the designated color with the slider Add it with swapable lenses, webbings, suit emblems, power sets, etc and BAM! You can create and be your own Spider-Hero 😁 And of course, I also hope that Insomniac would add EVERY Spider-Suit into the game, where none of the old ones are left behind so they could keep on adding new suits without worry That being said, I also believe they still need to properly set up the 3D models since I can kinda imagine it being quite a hassle for the 3D character modellers due to the extensive customization options But alas, I hope Insomniac could get better tools to make their jobs easier for this and I hope the game itself would still be able to handle the data load

IMO, the more suits you get, the more things you could get to customize your own suit obviously. But the more crimes, tech pieces, and maybe ultimate levels you do/get, you get more original things to use to customize your suit.

I think it would be better to have a full on decal editor like the ones you see in racing games. Would be absolutely perfect, with a whole selection of individual shapes and ready-made presets for web patterns or spider emblems for example, just to satisfy people of all skill ranges. Maybe mix and match accessories, shoe soles, and lenses from the existing suits, along with a completely separate set of original accessories like Soulcalibur 6's character customisation.
