Properties for sale in Turkey episode 2

Have you ever wondered what the prices of villas and apartments are like in Turkey at the moment?
Or perhaps you are already thinking of buying property abroad!
Well, here is a selection of properties for sale in Turkey we have picked ourselves to give you some idea of what is available.
In this episode we are in the Fethiye region of Turkey.
We must stress that we are not affiliated with any of the agents and chose the properties from their websites ourselves (the links to their websites are below).
Remember, there are lots of good estate (Emlak) agencies in Turkey to choose from and with so many new developments coming onto the market all the time, there is plenty of choice!
We would always recommend viewing a property in person and its certainly worth putting in a lower offer as most agencies are willing to negotiate the asking price.

Most of us who live in UK, USA and Canada or Europe want to go in these kind of countries because we are not that rich and what we have it, we want to stretch as fas as possible so please show us houses or villa or apartments which are cheap and need few things to be done and we can get best value of our money. We need cheap housing with some sort of income to while we are there or come back home. You are very honest and nice person, you know that place very well. Please help us. Thank you very much. • Why not try an internet search? Lots of info there. Mick and Trudie can't be everyone's agent, it would keep them away from their proper travel vids :-)

  • Hi, I love watching your videos and thank you for this one. Is it true that foreigners cannot buy rural property? That they can only buy within a town or village? Why is that? My dream is to buy a small plot of land with a small house on it, so that I can grow my own fruits and vegetables and be as self sufficient as possible. Thank you.
