  • He is probably the most influecial player in the history of NBA. Those cornrows, tattoos and jewellery is dope and the main thing is he showed how original he is, whether it's his talk or way of playing the game. He is an inspiration even though he had his downfall. Hats off to this legend!! Love from Nepal.

  • Been watching him since he was in Denver I watched some of his Philly highlights and they were really inspirational and seeing him go to jail and all the troubles he’s been in and his crazy ball handles and gettin MVP saying he could the baddest without it and the “Infamous Practice Rant” I feel like the man has changed a lot in those era’s doesn’t matter what y’all say this brother was on another level.

  • they looked at him as being the anti-michael jordan corporate guy. he was smaller, but the level of talent was the same. he wasn't able to get to the throne, but he did fill the nba years post jordan more than enough to be used as an anti-hero. they then sold him as a feel good story once the sixers got to perennial contention. for a franchise that was trash before he arrived and nobody cared that they were in town not even to people in philly back then. he deserved more from the league and franchise than he received just on merit alone. the culture war he symbolized further sold when reebok and nba all knew that. it was good for the marketing businesses in conjunction to be sold and leveraged along with the sport as a whole. the brand become much more valuable because he played for it and represented a metro market like philadelphia after they messed up the relationship between them and charles barkley.

Even though I'm a Laker fan I wanted to see A.I. win a championship He was so exciting to watch. Another great documentary from you Joe still amazing to this day. Keep up the great work sir and I'm definitely going to be your exclusive subscriber now.
