He was friends with Puffy and Biggie behind 2Pacs back and still shows massive love til this day and he was a big 2Pac hater while Pac was on death row and couldn't stand 2Pac taking over the spotlight. Puff worked with Snoop to locate a crip to put a hit on 2Pac. That night 2Pac got shot in Vegas Snoop decided not to go because he knew what was about to happen since he was apart of orchestrating the hit he should also be investigated.
