    • Certain types of makeup remover and certain types of glue, yes. I use makeup remover wipes to clean off glue residue from labels and stickers.

    • Are you talking about it breaking or the time taken to repair it? I’ve dropped a lot of compacts in my life, but sometimes you get one that maybe someone in the store dropped before you bought it, and the pan has damage you don’t notice at first….or maybe there was a flaw in the manufacturing process. Personally, I wouldn’t have the time to fix it, I’d just put the powder in a small jar container I can dip a brush into, results are the same in the end.

    • Sorry, why are you under the belief that UV sterilizers don’t sterilize? I tried looking it up but couldn’t find anything, cause UV light is one of the best sterilizing techniques especially in lab environments when you need that extra oomph.

    • @@kevinjames2549 I've done two collage programs that included bacteriology and sanitation training. I can post a picture of my text book when I'm home if you'd like that explains that a UV sterilizer is a misnomer, where it doesn't actually sterilize. The only way to serialize is to full submerse in a sanitizing liquid like CS20 or via autoclave. There are different methods of cleaning though like 70% alcohol spray and scrubbing with soap and water. A UV sterilizer is just a machine that houses sanitized items and prevents the growth of any bacteria

    • @@kevinjames2549 you need to keep in mind that the results of your internet searches are constantly monitored and curated by the companies making these hype products so of course you’re not easily going to see results that say they don’t work. At the end of the day they want their products to sell and they want to control the narrative on how effective they are. A lot of articles and reviews are done by people or companies that are compensated to say that they work, or who just don’t know the actual science behind what’s happening and are just talking out of their behinds.
