  • Thanks for sharing some of your secrets. Loving all the cool tips. I used to do a clown act with my parents and little brother. We each learned a few magic tricks and had a blast doing it. My dad would design his own rigs for levitation, none as good as yours, but for a family of clowns we had fun. We would visit children in the hospitals and preform at kids parties. I've kept it up on the side for a couple of decades. Mostly I would just wake up and feel like spreading some wonder, so I would in the apply the makeup slip into the cotume and head to the children's hospital to cheer up the kids. I haven't done it in a few years, but after watching your video, I am inspired to play with some magic and maybe wake up that clown inside of me again. Thanks for that. First thing I am going to do is mess with my friends when they come over for cocktails this weekend. Haha! I hope to win your prizes, but look forward to your next videos even more... but winning the give away would be the cherry on top! Ha! I'd love to see you do a live show. Are you performing on stage near Cleveland, Ohio any time soon?

    • this is not for people wanting to know how it is done it is for practicing magicians and these tricks are basic he has been doing magic for over 30 years and can do far more advanced tricks most of his tricks are easy for people to know how he did them if they watch magicians on youtube a lot but there are more advanced tricks which are extremely hard to figure out like emptying someone's bank account he stole a guys cash card and then started shaking it over a bucket cash started falling out of the card and then the guy used his phone to check his bank account it was empty and the amount in the bucket was withdrawn from his account a few seconds before i have even seen magicians use a wall as a cash machine i saw someone ask some people to choose a street near where they were walking and then he started drawing a small rectangle he put his hand over it and out came a card slot he then drew another thing on the wall which he put his hand over and that was where the withdrawn cash comes out of he borrowed a debit card and without using the pin code he put it in the box in the wall and out popped some cash he then ate the bills and they had been put back in to the bank account

  • Dude...I absolutely LOVE your take on the "Zombie" illusion!!! Absolutely brilliant, simplified and something you can literally "throw together" for impromptu situations. You would loose a lot of the "precice control" over the "ball" that you would have with a stage version because you trade the prop for a ordinary fork and have to make due with THAT supporting the "ball" and whatever movement you can transfer to the ball using the fork... but being able to whip it up and perform it without actually having the zombie props is freaking AWESOME! One thing I might suggest for it... instead of simply holding the fork with your fingers (which DOES greatly limit the "natural" looking movements you can do because you must hold on to BOTH the cloth AND the "rod" supporting your "ball").... your knife/watch thing for levitting things... what if you use a ring on your finger (probably won't work because most rings "fit" snug on your finger and really couldnt squeeze the handle of a fork between the ring and your finger) or SOMETHING like that... that more closely resembles the actual "Zombie" control rod that is just that... a ring that you put on one of your fingers that the rod is attached to that attaches to the ball..... The watch idea wont work because you loose almost ALL the control ability and it would be too far to reach for the "fork". In any case if you can find a simple EASY way to "slide the fork between a finger and the thing ON the finger" like you did for the knife/watch levitating anyting you can wedge in the hole... you wsould LITERALLY have the STAGE quality reproduction of the Zombie and able to quickly thow it together on a whim and perform it. When I was younger I got into magic and picked up the "Zombie". I never seen it performed before by anyone and so whatever came out of it was 100% mine because the "directions" weren't so "helpful" beyond the crude drawing that tells you to put the rod onto your finger and the other end inserts into the "ball" and the clotgh is the thing that "hides" everything from the spectators... and pretty much tghat was it... lol. I usually had the rod covered by the cloth and the "ring" end would be aligned with a corner of the cloth so I could pick up the cloth and rod at same time and the cloth (held by one corner) would dangle naturally the whole length distance from the 2 furthest corners allowing it be in the LONGEST "natural" looking length I could get out of it which was MORE than enough to move "naturally" while the rigid rod was behind it and when I grabbed the opposite corner I could use that hand to provide the "wall" to push against to get the ring secured on my thumb and look like I was just simply grabbing the other end of cloth and forming the "curtain" with it. At first I started with the Ball already attached to the rod because... it was a BITCH to get the ball secured on the other end of rod and if it happens to NOT get good and "stuck" when I "attempt" it.... your "Zombie Ball" just falls off and ALL kinds of bad things can happen and NOTHING good CAN happen to "save" and rebound from the screw up lol... so the ball usually started under the cloth with rod already shoved in but later got to where I could have it sitting on table to start and seat it when I bring cloth in front of it. I'm 6'5" and my big ass hands are usually one of the biggest things that "fight" me wshile doing anything "magical" lol... they are not long and slender "big" but just "big", Sure I can hide a LOT of shit with them... but the dexterity just isn't there to pull off the tricky sleights but the ZOMBIE was perfectly suited for my big ass clumsy hands... lol. The ONE thing that limits ANYONE performing it is the 100 lb ball suspened by the thin rod that is attached to the end of a finger... Sure the ball weighs almost NOTHING but let it sit at the end of a LEVER that pivots at the END of your finger for ANY amount of time... whatever it weighs is now multiplied by trhe LONG "lever" being used to pull your finger away from your hand lol.... the same way a small light kid can get on a teeter totter/seesaw at the park with a big heavy kid on the other end and the further the the little kid sits towards the end of his side the more "force" is applied to lifting the BIG kid .... and that little "light" ball, becomes a 5 lb CANNONBALL being suspended by the end of a single FINGER!! lol. Anyway, I started to make the ball use the SIDES of the cloth too because I could hold the cloth and drop my thumb low enough and turn it so it could float out from the sides of the cloth. I ended up meeting and hanging out with a guy who moved here from Dallas and was active member of SAM (Society of American Magician's) and he loved some of the "touches" I put into my Zombie, not even knowing what to DO with this ball/rod/cloth that just told you to attach A to B and hide with C and GO!!! lol. Finding a way to secure the "control rod" to one of your fingers so you don't have to actively "hold" the control rod AND the napkin AND try to make the roll do cool shit... with the knife/watch/levitate idea but attached to finger rather than wrist would absolutely thow that "on the spot" impromptu thing into a whole new category on par with the stage version of it !!!!!! One thing I ALWAYS carried with me 100% of the time, even for YEARS after I stopped doing magic on regular basis... was my thumb tip. It was super small, rugged and took minimal room in my pocket.... and trhat little thing you can do TONS of stuff with it... vanishes, productions, vanish and reproduction.... of ANYTHING you can shove into it and still get your thumb in it far enough tio keep it on your thumb lol. I would literally wear it all the time and the "trick" was... to wear it and go about my normal day to day activities without ANYONE noticing that I was wearing it.... until the fake thumb became "my thumb" and I could do normal tasks while wearing this stiff "splint" that went up to the first joint of the thumb. My ABSOLUTE favorite to do was get someone who was smoking a cigarette and tell them when they are done with it, don't put it out and let me have it... Get the wtf that's weird look from them.... and be like ya, when ur done... let me have it... They give it to me and I make a "ashtray" out of my hand in a fist drop in the thumb as I make the "hole" and take their lit cigarette and drop it in my hand... wait for second or 2 to allow the smoke to come up out of my hand then "put it out" making the "butt" disappear and go on with whatever like nothing happened lol. Obviously I don't want to bring the now crushed up crunched up butt that is now compacted in the tiny space at the end of the thumb tip ... and be like here, you can have it back now lol.... it would just ruin the "effect' completely so I just dispose of it when it's convienient to do so... lol The WORST moment I had was when I made something vanish... when I showed stretched out hand to show it's "gone", the girl watching rushed me faster than bruce lee closing the distance to the person he about to hit.... and started hitting my hands like a high-5 but more like "clapping" for applause.... but I was comvfortable enough with the thumb tip to not "react" to her and it remained secured on my thumb... never had that "reaction" beforfe or since lol. Maybe with something along the lines of one of those "fake tips" to secure the fork or whatever to a finger so you can give yourself full freedom of movement while not physically "holding" the fork... maybe... The idea you had is fucking AWESOME, but a simple easy solution to get it secured to a finger would be beyond EPIC!!! :)
