Disturbing videos show passengers creating chaos on planes. However, authorities say some passengers were intoxicated before they boarded. Tampa Airport Police Chief Charlie Vasquez says some of these booze-fueled airport incidents can get really nasty. Many wonder if some airport bars are overserving passengers. At Newark Airport in New Jersey, two Inside Edition producers started ordering cocktails to see how much they could order.
"You're being mean" 😭😔 "You should be loving" 🥺💅 "You should be softer" 😔🥺😭 "And you shouldn't be drunk" 💀🤣🤣
WHEEZE
conversation ends here 🤣🤣
WTF lol
😂😂😂😂 fricking hilarious
Yes why do people who intentionally do things wrong get all judgy towards people who hold them accountable?
“ you shouldn’t be mean” and you shouldn’t be drunk 😂😂
😂😂😂😂
I love how that cop roasted her.
Well said
That was the best reply
No. Some people can’t control their alcoholism.
I’m sorry okay!
So? People can do what they want.
Yea, that's what addicts do..
No one can control their alcoholism. If they could, it wouldn't be alcoholism
My dad used to be a drinker but he can't help himself when he's in Trinidad (where he came from) and he goes back to drinking.
Should've titled this, 'alcoholics when they fly' 😅🍻✈️
😂
LOL
Alcoholics aren’t always rude like this, I am drinking a lot but never behave so poorly!
If I'm going to spend an exorbitant amount for one drink I expect to be overserved 😂
They meant… over serving by qty of drinks
Seconded
A good undercover reporter would have chugged all 10 of those drinks 😂
Indeed
Like Steve Carrel did on the late show😂😂😂
People just need to learn to control themselves. Individual responsibility is important.
That is also true.
it's always individual responsibility isn't it. never about being misled?
Ever heard of corporate responsibility?
@@BlitzOfTheReich wtf? You put the drink in your mouth it's your responsibility lol
“ And you shouldn’t be drinking “ had me dead 😂
*drunk
If you can’t control yourself don’t even drink at all
You didn’t think that comment through.

For everyone asking, why do they even sell alcohol at the airport?, the key word is "sell". It's about $. And they aren't going to stop. Big business, good old American commerce.
At some point you have to be the adult and realize that it isnt on them if u drink a keg and a pint before getting on your 10 hour flight
Lol no. It's because humans drink alcohol. Have done so for a long time.
@@candideggplant1575 morally, sure. but this profit-seeking policy harms other passengers through disruptions. it's just a classic business decision harming customers for sake of profits
well 99.9% of people who drink at airports don't cause problems either.
For a lot of people flying can cause a great deal of anxiety and one of the most effective anti-anxiety medicines out there is believe it or not, alcohol. Unfortunately a lot of people don't seem to understand how to give themselves the appropriate dose when it comes to drinking to quell the anxiety for the flight.
"and you shouldnt be drunk"🤣🤣
1:25 "You're being mean. You should be loving. You should be softer." "And you shouldn't be drunk" --- Good one!
OVER PRICED IS MORE LIKE IT.
why do airports even serve alcohol it feels like its a risk issue
Make money
99% of adults who drink alcohol don't go nuts. Don't take the freedom away from everyone becuase some idiots. Its like saying "ban alcohol from anyone who owns a car since a few people drink and drive."
ANYWHERE that serves alcohol has some risk issue lol. Why is an airport a bigger issue? Not like they're the ones flying the plane
This is a good question a lot of passengers on the plane have been getting pretty roudy lately there should be a limit of how many drinks of passengers should have before boarding a plane
While on the plane, too.
Good, so how would u enforce this? Field sobriety tests? Breathalyser?
Alcohol ration card?😂
Problem passengers aren’t problems from the alcohol. Their problems with or without drinking. The problem is the people themselves.
💯 so true!!! They have deep rooted issues to begin with.
In my opinion there should be an limit of how many drinks you could buy
agreed. definitely common sense. no more than 50.
Exactly
@@mrxxbrian50 drinks? Bru 😂 gg to life.
They didnt let me buy more than 2 the last time I flew and I was not even near being drunk
But then these businesses won’t be able to fully scam the masses
"And you shouldnt be drunk" LOL best comeback ever
I don’t even understand why people drink before flights. I only drink when I want to have a fun time with friends. Like who wants to drink before a long flight where your glued to your seat for the whole time?
Helps you sleep
@@Stand_with_Israel for most people it’s makes them crazy. Edible I can see being helpful but alcohol no 😭
@@beach-px5dy if it made most people crazy then every single flight would a brawl It only makes idiots go crazy and most can handle their alcohol And i love weed but edibles don't do it for it, however add some alcohol and im out
Helps you sleep
Because they limit how much you drink on the plane so they just try to get drunk before they get on
Serving at all is over-serving. Why is there alcohol in airports? Insane.
Agreed!
Why care? People can make their own decisions.
$$$$$$$$$$ That's why.
The money $$$$
Exactly 💯
2:12 Server: Man! They're even eating all the ice in their drinks! 🍹
Had me rolling when the cop told the woman to stop being drunk XD 💀💀💀
Airports should place free treadmills everywhere, passengers can walk off negative energy
Good idea!
Or nervous energy. Drunk people and airlines don’t mix
They got paid to get drunk lmaooo
That's not the Airport Bar's fault. It's the passenger's fault. Accountability is the main factor and the passengers have ever right to refuse to not drink so much or not drink at all. Just saying.🤔👌🏿🎯💯‼️
It would be fair to establish Rules and mechanisms such that Airport Bars do not allow or contribute to this problem. Remember, the entire plane gets punished in the form of delayed flights if one passenger decides to be unruly to the point of needing to be disembarked so they do have a role to play.
Yeah they have responsibility too. It’s always illegal to serve a drunk person
@@M_SCI love that statement… 🤣 do you realize how many bars serve “drunk” people? Where is the fine line… when they start slurring? Stumbling? It’s up to individuals to control theirselves, and if they can’t they face the consequences of their actions.
They should serve someone 2-3 drinks max
That exchange at 1:26. You’re being mean. And you shouldn’t be drunk 🤣
😂😂😂😂😂😂
"YOU SHOULD BE SOFTER." LMFAO
Casinos do this all of the time. Airport bars aren’t that any different.
It’s a little different. When you’re 30,000 feet in the air you’ve got to be able to maintain and listen to direction. And not bother people.
Legalize Cannabis!! This wouldn’t be an issue
Ya it's the bars!!! Not the People choosing to drink!!!!😂😂😂
i love inside edition sm it is intresting and informimg like how
I'll admit I've been traveling with people that had one too many Margaritas LMAO😂😂😂😂
This is why I smoke a Fat blunt and eat a 100mg edible before I fly... I'm all smiles from curbside to curbside. 💨
This is the way
You’ll never see a pothead causing a ruckus lol
Yes😎
I mean most airports around the world have a limit on the amount of liquids you can take through airport security in your carry-on luggage and some airlines don't even serve alcohol on board so why is it there aren't any limit at the restaurant inside the airport? It's not the waiter's responsibility to tell the client how much to drink or when to stop. However it's the airline that needs to put a limit on alcoholic drinks and make clients respect the Guidelines or else they don't get on board
All these airport clubs like American Flagship in DFW and LAX literally have bottles of liquor sitting on counters for passengers to pour on their own! Start shutting down premium airline lounges and we will see the improvements
Giggle. U can wait a real long time.
Why serve alcoholic drinks anyway???😱
Its called PROFIT.
I’ve seen one before it’s not fun to go threw
Very obviously. It’s become rampant in airports.
Being a little drunk Calms down My Anxiety!!
Just eat an edible before you leave home and you’ll be fine by the time you’re ready to takeoff
And pack the rest for the destination.
Fr or TCH drink
Some countries still have a zero tolerance policy against pot especially Japan. If they find out you have some even in your system you can get arrested.
Airport bars doing the Lord’s work!
the 2 places id hate to be drunk at is in jail and on a plane
It’s not that hard to drink and control yourself
Keep away from Pile Drivers when flying (Prune Juice + Vodka)
Oh no 😮😂
Handle your liquor and it’s not a problem? Common adulting?😂 🤷🏼♀️
Why even serve alcohol at airports in the first place?
Exactly knowing how dangerous alcohol can be for certain individuals especially around a place that is known to have children around.
Two shots I put on ear buds and chilling if I need something to drink I'll get a coke with just sleep😂😂
It’s not alcohol itself the problem, it just people
Well, alcohol is addictive by nature but yes, it’s ultimately up to the will of the people.
If I'm traveling anywhere in the US, I'll drive, or take a train. Flying has become too wild.
why tf do airports even have bars
they should have called me as their Drunk Expert
No no. I do not see this as an issue. It's up to the passenger to drink responsibly
‘This intoxicated dude.’ 😂😂😂😂
THEY GOTTA START PUTTING DISPENSARYS IN AIRPORTS THE LOUD DONT DO STUFF LIKE THIS
YES!!! This is the answer 😅
The one where the guy got duct taped is the funniest shi 😂😂
Imagine several drunk people beating on the flight attendants over the ocean… yup! They should definitely limit the number of drinks! SMH lol
Yes, been saying this for years.
2:12 The staff were watching you the whole time. They noticed how you can pretty much order an *...infinite...* amount of alcoholic drinks, without getting any of you drunk. They're smart. Y'all should've kept ordering. hahahahaha
I’ll never understand why alcohol and airports is a thing
I was like there is no way that wimpy producer was going to down 10 drinks and then they show them dumping the drinks out 😂
Only one question?? Where's that bucket they dumbed out the liquid into?? I have a long stray and I am thirsty..
Shouldn't be bars in the airports.
"you should be loving! You should be softer!" And I laughed so hard I almost fell completely on the floor! why would you possibly want him softer?! I'd prefer harder! 😏
My dad always told me if the alcohol alters your behavior to this level, then that's the true definition of an alcoholic
Here's a limit I'd like to give to all airport bartenders: One small cup of alcohol per customer.
can Inside Edition do a video on bars inside airport hotels serving alcohol to off-duty pilots....???
How about no? If u want to drink that badly, u buy it yourself and drink in the room 😂
Adults should be responsible for themselves. It’s not some poor overworked bartender’s fault if people drink too much.
Do you really need to drink booze before flying? i mean, if you're going on holiday, can't you drink then !!!
Watch them close airport bars… lmao
Best time to get high is when you're literally high, like in the sky😅😂
Wait until you get on the plane ✈️
Selling alcohol (drugs) to people at the airport is law flaw lol
Grown adults can't take responsibility for their decisions. Now we all get to loose our freedom to drink however many.
This has nothing to do with airport bars at all. Bars everywhere over serve and that's knowing people will drive home. And even that isn't the bars fault. People need to be more aware of their actions and control their drinking
Well yeah, it’s a business. The more drinks you buy, the more money they make. They don’t care if you end up making a fool of yourself later
Blame the people not the restaurant
Yes........
Give us a place to smoke some reefer instead 😂
Yes
I normally have 1 drink before i fly to calm me down as i have a fear of flying .
Moderation yall
Stop selling and serving alcohol period at all airports they can’t handle it 😂
There’s no such thing as over serving people who should know to DRINK RESPONSIBILITY 🥃🥃🥃🥃🥃
I remember my mom use to overdrink on flights. But she quit drinking years ago. Glad she did. I developed the same drinking problem. But I learned to keeping myself in check.
What a waste of good liquor 😂😂
There shouldn’t be bars at airports fullstop
No bartender/server counts the drinks anywhere. They only stop serving when the customer can't stand up.
Lounges also offer unlimited drinks even if they try to monitor it; ultimately it’s up to the passenger
People should know their limits but thats too much to ask for.💀
YES.
Miami??? Any party destination
People should be loving and softer. Tampa Bay airport.
So we all have to be punished because some people can't handle their liquor? Because there's millions of us that can.
How can you afford to drink that much at an airport bar???
To this day, I still don't get how it's socially accepted that people literally fill themselves up before a flight at like 9 am. Like...why? Especially before a flight where some things can potentially go wrong and you need to be focussed to not forget stuff or anything.
Maybe no longer allow bars at airports. As you can see that producer was allowed to be over-served.
@@miketez1lol found the authoritarian.
They should just ban the sale of alcohol at airports IMHO.
99% of adults who drink alcohol don't go nuts. Don't take the freedom away from everyone becuase some idiots. Its like saying "ban alcohol from anyone who owns a car since a few people drink and drive."
😂 why not ban the sales of all beverages, because if u wanna get your drink on, u have it on u.
How about serve one drink? Or close all airport bars? That'll do it.
Fun fact: alcoholics Carry their own supplies if they know the place they heading to is dry.
Yes!
LMAO.. what bars don't want to keep selling alcohol!?
Never, never have alcohol before the flight.
Pre drinking then bar maybe more accurate
