SAFETY MEASURES WHEN HANDLING LYE/MAKING LYE SOLUTION

3. Add lye to water slowly, stirring gently.
4. Don't add water to lye.
5. Prevent it from coming in contact with your skin, but if it does, rinse under running water.

I used about seven mangoes in mine. Right now the color is almost faded.
Uhoh...for me, the palm oil does a better job retaining the colour.
