  • Some of best foods I've had the pleasure of eating is in South Korea. One of my favorites on my first tour Feb 76-Jun 77 was the vendor who came around on Saturday mornings with sea snails. That was breakfast.😋

  • I love Korean street food. So much goodness for such a cheap price that you can't find in the States. Imagine eating a filling meal of seafood for less than 10 bucks! You might only find such meals in the States if you're eating some pre-frozen, low quality sea food or low quality fast food. Can't compare! I will say though, for those who hate crowded spaces and being in close proximity with others, you're not going to like being at the street market. With that said, other than the ddukbokki and oden, all the others were fusion foods that Korea has been really going wild on. I'd love to see more traditional Korean street foods tried, and see what your thoughts are on the more traditional ones.
