Even if the post season doesn't go Minnesota's way, pretty sure the Wild have him another year, he'll definitely get there.
I just find it odd how people talk like he’s not still having a great career lol. The guys one of the only goalies to NEVER record a season under 0.905SV% . That’s INSANE. And just remember, before Pitts won their other 2 cups so many of their fans were trying to blame it on Fleury😂.
He’s had a good career, but got carried by the best 2010s team, with the best offense and defense the league has possible ever seen. He over exaggerated a ton of saves, and my brother and dad were both goalies. My brother had a d1 offer to Marryville University, and a couple D2 offers from some unknown colleges, so I think my brother knows what he’s talking about. He’s definitely being carried by the Wild right now, he was in his prime in Vegas, absolute stud in net when he carried them to the finals. He’s the only reason they had playoff hopes.

@@lilmcdonaldmusic7728 lol bro,The Pens always had awful defense, with an amazing offence. Fleury was the biggest reason they stayed a winning team for so long. His numbers don’t lie. He’s one of the only goalies to never have a SV% under 0.905 except for his rookie season. That’s an incredible feat….any team has a chance to win on any given night when your goaltender hardly ever goes un 0.905SV%. Hell hes 38yo and still putting up 0.908SV%
I love how even the players wanted that fight. Goes to show they are all fans at heart, too, at a certain level.
No matter how this season turns out, we as Wild fans are immensely privileged to have been able to root for this guy in our colors.
As a penguin fan that never wanted him to leave I’m extremely jealous he’s going to break Roy record as a Wild. Probably going to get his Wild jersey when he does.

Talbot only started playing good when fleury showed up. And Talbot also played terrible in the playoffs when he was given a shot too. Either way I won’t be upset this year

As a capitals fan, I hated playing against flower but god, what a great human he is. I love his attitude and outlook, he's always been a gem of a human. My teams out of the playoffs, I hope to see flower lift another cup before he retires. He deserves it.
I personally think he’s overrated when it comes to goal tending, but he has the best personality to ever exist. He can’t stop making me smile to see him prank his teammates and show the love for hockey fans. I just think people hype him up too much, skill wise.

I remember sitting beside Marc-Andre at a Screaming Eagles Awards Dinner in Cape Breton. Marc-Andre could not speak very much English, and when he won an award, one of his teammates fed him his English ‘thank you’ speech from the sidelines - it was wonderful. Congratulations, Marc-Andre, on a great career!

The flower has been a joy to watch
I found hockey 13 years ago back in the UK and fell in love with Flower and the Pens. I went to my first NHL game in Boston when Flower got traded to Vegas to watch a preseason game with VGK. He was out for concussion and I was devastated to not be able to see him at that point! On that trip I found my now wife who lives in Cape Breton…I now live in Sydney and have the privilege to see Flowers jersey up in the rafters at each game (and people bragging about meeting him) I hope one day I will be able to see him play/meet him and get something signed at least. Always keeping a tab on the wild to see how he’s doing nowadays! Thank you 🌸

I literally grew up watching Fleury with the Penguins, in the 2000s 2010s and I obviously knew he has a stanley cup under his belt. when I found out the wild were getting flower I was like omg my childhood. I really want him to get to 1000 games he definitely deserves that huge milestone. A guy that is pushing 40 is still going good, yeah the age is creeping up to him. But I will enjoy every game he plays. I'll be at the game against the Jets. I've always loved my Minnesota Wild been a fan since I was a kid mid 2000s.

I'm a big fleury fan ever since he was a pen. Me being a pens fan I always liked fleury. Still do. Also as an ex goalie I had my weird quirks. Everything my team scores I go and tap a corner I stay in my crease until my team scores. I also tap my posts when they save a goal foe me. I too watch Roy. Lol. Great vid!

I follow flower wherever he goes. Whatever team hes on is the team is the team I cheer for. One of the best goalies to ever put on the pads. Up there with Brodeur and Price. Love watching every insane save. Cant wait to see him get 1k. He deserves to have his name on another cup. Lets go wild!

Being from Quebec he always was the guy that I looked at and saying to everybody look a Quebecker and he’s got a Stanley cup maybe even better than Patrick Roy!! 😂 Whatever team he was on even though it wasn’t the Canadiens I was rooting for him and still today can’t wait to watch him play!!
