Welcome to EPISODE 1 of my Day In The Life Series as a D1 Basketball Player at Florida Gulf Coast University.
In Episode 1, I show you all what I do during the day, including basketball, school, homework, dinner, etc. As the series goes along, I will document my life while on my journey to score my first college points.

  • OMG I hope you do more of these, this was so great. I can relate to the workout humility but remember you're working out as an athlete, and you will be fit. A lot of people work out for "gains" and they measure it in the mirror with muscle definition and stuff that doesn't actually matter when it counts. FITNESS > APPEARANCE !!!!

  • Hydration is important partially to restore blood plasma volume lost during exercise. This is why it is important that those who exercise regularly, such as college athletes, hydrate regularly. It was great to see Brandon loves getting his free ice water to stay on top of his necessary Hydration. Let's also hope the plastic cup makes it into the recycling too. Nice video.
