this is such a fab hack. i have curls and i have been using Curlvana Curl-Defining Styling Gel to manage my curls. love the way it nourishes the curls and defines it
I have wavy hair that curls at the ends and all I was missing was the leave in conditioner and a silk bonnet, before bed, to save time on styling my wavy curly-ish hair in the morning. I used to apply all my products and then diffuse for an hour every morning lol The only thing I use, that you don't, and love is a sea salt spray throughout the day. Thanks bro!

@@brodie9288 at night on sundays I use the xmondo wavetech hair mask after cleansing with xmondo wavetech shampoo and then after rinsing I use the xmondo wavetech conditioner and then apply the sheabutter leave in conditioner, xmondo wavetech repair cream and foam. I bonet diffuse my hair for an hour and let air dry the rest before bed. I sleep with a silk bonnet. In the morning I tossle and go. Mon - Sat I use cantu shapoo and conditioner and apply the shea butter conditioner, cantu curl cream and sea salt. In the mornings I use the cantu curl activator cream and custard and let air dry during the commute to work (about 30 mins). Throughout the day sometimes I'll spray the sea salt spray to refresh if humidity is high. That's it!

This is so spot on with how I’ve been doing my curls since I went short. Only diff is I give a little shot with a diffuser just to help create a little cast and prevent scalp issues with fungal growth. (No lie, I exclusively air dried for years until I heard that’s actually *not* great. Who knew?!)

Wetting it every day is fine. It’s the detangling and cleaning extremely frequently that can be harmful. If you use a spray bottle every day, it won’t hurt

u leave it alone and shaking isnt the best if u do it as much as him u should shake a bit more gently

it depends on your hair type. that decides how much hair falls out. i have seen from different hair typed i styled that course curly hair has a lot fall out its normal…. it also depends on the length of your hair. but every hair type falls out its normal

For the washing part which you stated for you to only do once a week does that include the conditioning straight after or is that only if you shampoo. (Not talking about leave in conditioner that's everyday).

use a hair diffuser
You might be using too much product that is weighing it down. Try less. But if you feel like it’s dry try letting the conditioner sit for a bit in the shower before finding out.

Night Shower: -use a scalp scrubber when using shampoo -use a detangling brush when using conditioner Night Routine: -leave in conditioner on soaking wet hair -curl cream -frizz free curl mousse (keeps volume) -scrunch -scruch with t-shirt/microfibre towel -wear a silk bonnet Morning: -shake it.

everybody’s hair is different but what i do is i wash my hair once or twice a week and i apply all my product in after i wash it and then it’ll be good until the next wash, if i need to tame some frizz between days ill put in a little leave in. hope this helps
you’ll notice “product build-up” when ur hair feels kinda nappy or dry after using products for a few days, that’s when u know u gotta shampoo again if needed

It works good, but I wouldn’t recommend it anymore since there are a lot of harsh ingredients in it. I want to keep you guys updated on using better and better products that is why over time I will always try to give you better products
i still use the cantu leave in and curl creme its natural and it smells good shea moisture might have better ingredients but they are both good i use the shea moisture mousse. but manuel is right about shea moisture but cantu is good too

if you do really have straight hair then this won’t rlly work for you, if it does curl up then do it every time u feel the curl pattern messes up, just shampoo once or twice a week and condition every day, and that’ll improve ur hair if it is curly/wavy

Manuel question I did this routine and it worked but I heard that if you wet you hair everyday that it breaks you hair so should I have my hair wet when I do this or have the product from the previous day in my hair already and add more product on top and rinse it out after like 2-3 days

sleeping with wet hair even with a bonnet on is still damaging, ur fair becomes fragile over time, you should only put the bonnet on when ur hair is 100% dry, just use a diffuser to speed it up or do ur routine 2 hours before sleeping lmao

Your hair may either be a bit damaged or your curls are too small. Manuel seems to have larger curls… mine are definitely smaller than his at around type 3c maybe and I don’t scrunch either simply because my curls are much smaller and can lead to frizz w me sometimes too. I just shake and pull gently around bring out the curls for a bit more volume

yes that’s called a cast, when i first started using product i was scared when i felt it. to break the cast you need to scrunch. when you do scrunch, i recommend using a hair oil, i use olaplex no. 7 bonding oil.

It's better if you rinse the shampoo off with warm water though, so it keeps the cuticles open and ready to better absorb the conditioner.

Prolly means the hair ends are split it happens a lot I recommend either just cutting off only like the last parts so your hair will look the same but a lot less frizzy or just get it cut yeah

I use shea moisture shampoo and conditioner and I really enjoy it. I’ve used cantu curling cream multiple times and it always leaves my hair extremely stiff and flat. The product that makes my hair look the best after a shower is Love Ur Curls Step 3 Curly Bouncles. I might try out shea moisture’s curling cream as well since I already enjoy their other products
