Winding down the BDSP content here, I have a video talking about the HARDEST Pokémon to evolve in the games. Disclaimer, this video is mostly for people that aren't familiar with all of Pokémon's mechanics and are pretty new to the series. So please don't talk to me in the comments about "NoNe Of ThEsE bEiNg HaRd At AlL!" Just because you're a veteran at this doesn't mean everyone else is!

That Haunter with an Everstone trade feels like the biggest slap to the face from Nintendo.
I never played the original diamond or pearl when they came out, and I got baited by that trade. I was so mad
As I kid I didn’t know gengar was trade evolution I thought level haunter enough that I would get gengar! I wasn’t very smart as kid.
@@RAC00NFANGIRL I kinda did too
@@oDogg0206 I’m glad I’m not only one! I feel like idiot when I was kid! Gengar and haunter were my favorite Pokémon
It should have been taken off in the remakes.
I feel like all the level up evolutions (or at least most) became a lot easier in this game, especially in post game. You can literally find level 60 Pokémon in the underground, so the previously hardest to evolve (Salamance, Dragonite, Garchomp) became much easier.
Not to mention you can easily over level in the underground even before the post game im at the team galactic building and after catching 6 or so pokemon in the underground my team is in the high 40s to early 50s
@@EeveelutionLover22 same I just caught dialga and my team is very over leveled
lets just hope their is an easy way to level up evolutions in the unova remakes. we all know that unova has the worst level up evos in terms of levels.
Yup Hydreigon was one of the most annoying Pokémon to evolve and if it was in bdsps underground it would be too easy
the only problem is that most of these pokemon are often past it's evolution levels. meaning they wouldn't have access to their best moves. so you would have to go out and find a heart scale to relearn them. a good example was during the post game I wanted to get myself a gallade so I was looking for either a male kirlia or ralts. but because most of them were lvl 55 and beyond I had to spend 15 MINUTES theifing heart scales from luv discs to reteach it psyhco cut...... it was a nightmare
Honorable mention: every mon that's pretty evolution is in the base game but its final evo is locked to the post-game looking at you gliscor
And dusknoir
I really wanted to use Rhyperior, but the Protector is locked to postgame and that made me really sad
They didn’t even give us an Eviolite to compensate either.
@@SkyTom64 If you really want to use one, man up and use Rhydon for the main game. That’ll make getting Rhyperior all the more rewarding.
Feeding Feebas poffins isn't nearly as annoying as finding it. The stats are color coordinated and it's very easy to figure out blue berries increase beauty.
This. It's not that hard at all. You can make finding Feebas incredibly easy using the tile-finding tool online as well. It involves entering your daily lotto number (from the Jubilife TV building receptionist) into the online tool, which then tells you the exact 4 tiles that can be fished for Feebas. It cuts out all the guesswork. Maxing the beauty stat also requires specific levels of poffins too, not just any old dry poffin. Again, this isn't hard with a quick read online.
I just got it in a random trade. Then I just saw a walkthrough of how to make high level puffins. Apparently the method of spinning can affect the levels.
Actually the best combination for high level dry poffins is a chesto and a razz berry and razz berries are orange
@@benjamincuevas9627 x1 Chesto and x1 Razz - don't spill or burn and you'll have level 18 dry poffins every time. You need around 10-12 of these.
@@JCE-yo1er yeah that's about right. It's been awhile since I done it and I'm not doing it again.
I feel like Number 10 should've specifically highlighted Buneary as it's harder to evolve than the other friendship-based evolutions given it starts at 0 upon capture, whereas the rest (bar the gift Riolu and Happiny) start at 70.
I’ve had better luck evolving riolu
Well, it does help that you can get one super early on. I've never had too much trouble keeping in mind that I shouldn't let it faint if possible and such when I've used one. I've raised quite a few as it's one of my favorite early route normal types and hi jump kick is so fun. Heh.
oh shit really?! i did not know that, no wonder i lost my mind!!
@@TheAuron32 I didn't lost my sanity while evolving Buneary in Pokemon Black 2.
Why does it specifically start at a different value?
Friendship-based evolution can bugger all the way off. It's not hard, but having to grow the berries/use one massage per day is so time consuming. Just let me go back to the old mechanics where I could raise happiness by running in a circle for an hour lol
To avoid the trade stealing problem, look for someone looking to do a similar trade. Example, had a guy wanting to evolve Kadabra and I wanted to evolve my machoke. Even if he steals it, I have an alakazam.
5,000 IQ move.
There’s always a trustworthy person in a discord server that will help you out I always ask moderators to trade with me
Well you have a power alakazam
Unless they put an Everstone on that Kadabra, Mindy style. Now you don’t have a Machamp or Alakazam.
@@burn5500 kadabra bypasses Everstone
The hardest friendship based evolution to obtain is definitely Buneary into Loounny. It literally hates you when you first catch it and won’t warm up to you for quite a while.
Use soothe bell, feed it poffins, battle with it. Might take two days
@@skidMark_69 soothe bell doesn't help when it has Klutz
@@davyt0247 no lmao quick google search shows that bulbapedia says it doesnt affect soothe bell
@@skidMark_69 Will using it in Contests also increase it’s friendship like the way ORAS Contests raised a Pokémon’s affection?
@@foxycraft1234 they must have changed it then, it didn't before
I'm surprised Gliscor isn't named here. Held item that's only found postgame on top of time-of-day-based.
Yeah I was also thinking that. But hey, leveling a gabite to level 48 is clearly harder.
For me, the inclusion that was left off this list that surprised me the most was the evolutions that require a dawn stone. It's honestly kinda baffling that it was omitted from this list given that both the requirements needed for this (those being needing a certain gender as well as a hard to obtain stone) were both included separately, so the dawn stone, in my opinion, should also have been mentioned
Getting a Milotic in this game is as horrible as in normal 3rd or 4th gen games, but you will actually sweep the entire elite four and cynthia's entire team except for her milotic with your milotic. Yes, even that garchomp with it's anti-ice berry (well, due to that thing it will take you 2 turns, but milotic should be able to withstand a dragon rush)
I taught my milotic dragon pulse so to not deal with the berry and it worked perfectly as a OH-KO, that pokemon is a beast, a hassle to get but it's totally worth it. I even got 4 pokemon on this list on my team. Two shiny stone pokemon in roserade and togekiss, a heart scale in mamoswine, and a milotic. This is my personal revenge on not being able to figure out how to evolve these pokemon or obtain them back in the gen 4 games.
@Dariel povea rojas: I think the term you're looking for is something to the effect of "withstand" or "endure" rather than "resist". The reason I say this is because a Pokemon resisting a certain move implies that it takes half damage (or one quarter damage for certain dual typed Pokemon) because of it's type; the problem here is that the only type that resists dragon is steel (fairy doesn't count, btw, since that would be an immunity, which is *technically* different from a resistance), which is a type that Milotic is not
That Haunter with the everstone is going to haunt people for a long time
You say that like those to played the original Gen 4 games aren’t haunted to this day already!
Screw Mindy.
@@yorecf9641 I captured a Medicham for this trade and nicknamed it “Troll” because that’s exactly what she is!
she said a HAUNTER, and you received it, what's the deal?
@@RedDragonForce2 a much nicer term than what I would use.
I'd also add evolving Murkrow and Misdreavus. You can get them before the second gym, but without Pickup, you can't get the Dusk Stone until after the sixth gym, which requires you to backtrack to Wayward Cave. However, you can wait a bait later until the Galactic Warehouse when you can easily find a Dusk Stone. Fortunately, Murkrow and Misdreavus (at least Misdreavus can since it's a bit bulkier than Murkrow and I actually used it myself) can hold their own until then. There's also Sneasel in that you can't evolve it until Victory Road since the Razor Claw is there and you have to evolve it at night.
I don't remember which games it was, maybe black and white, but it had a call mechanic in the game where you could just ask the local professor how a Pokemon evolved. They should bring that back in game so we don't have to look it all up on Serebii.
It was Black 2 and White 2, but yes.
In my opinion, all Pokémon whose final Evolutions are locked in the post game should have shared the highest spot. Yes, getting Milotic is annoying, but at least you can use one against Cynthia. Not so much for Dusknoir, Gliscor, Rhyperior and (to a lesser extend) the Eveelutions and Rotom forms.
When you have both a Roselia and Togetic on your team, getting a second shiny stone in main story was a nightmare- had to rely on luck and have a team of pokemon with pickup. but my luck sucks and so to get 1 shiny stone, i had to get like 5-6 dusk stones-
I feel your pain. I had both of them for my second run and I got the Iron Island Shiny Stone before a pickup one. Took me an extra hour of running around and KOing level 2 Bidoofs before I got a second one. Had three Dawn Stones that I didn’t need, though.
Literally only got dawn stones for hours 🙃
Just a tip, but higher lvl pokemon with pickup have higher chances for a stone. Lvl 1-10 = 1% Lvl 11-20 = 2% Etc until 91-100 for 10%
@@22Arcana I'm well aware. Still, my Pachirisu was in its 40's by the time it gave me a second Shiny Stone but it had no issues with getting me three Dawn Stones before then.
Grand underground, idk if I'm lucky or what but I have 20+ most of the evolution stones at the moment.
I couldn't wait until the 6th gym to evolve my togetic so I went back to valley windworks from veilstone to catch 4 patchirisus with pickup ability. I managed to get a shiny stone pretty easily and a dawn stone for gallade
I did this as well but I managed to find 6 Dawn stones before I got a shiny stone…
There is a way to change the gender of burmy and combee gender to get the one you want if you getting by honey tree. It's save in front of the tree battle it if it's not the gender you want restart the game since the Pokemon you will encounter is determined when you put the honey on the tree and stuff like it's gender ivs and it being shiny is when you battle so it's possible to restart the game till you get the gender you want
You can visibly see if Combee is female in the grand underground
@@Chronal-Rend but I saying if your getting from honey trees only
I find it easier to get a female by honey tree this way
For anyone who would like a feebas to take with you on your journey without needing a good rod or super rod. I did breed a bunch of feebas when a friend traded me one. I know how hard it is to not be able to raise one on their journey. Wanted to give back 😁
I dunno if I have something of equivalent value to give back, but may I ask for one?
You’re a good man, mad respect
That would be nice 👀🤧
UPDATE: I’m not asking for anything special. You guys can always send me something random. I just want you guys to enjoy your feebas
How can I get one?
Remember Bird Keeper Toby was lost with Snom for whole Sword/Shield as it evolved either around Champion Cup or Post-Game as he didn't know it evolves by happiness at night.
With a main team including Electivire, Magmortar, Togekiss, and Spiritomb, I can attest
Someone is a glutton for punishment lol good news though! Now that you've gone to hell and back now you can play the game! ;)
Number 2: I got super lucky my first capture of a Magby had a Magmarizer on it. And this was on my first, casual, playthrough and randomly finding Magby before my 3rd Gym.
have you used johncenamon?
I have a Murkrow and I know where the dusk stone is but I think aipom and gligar are a pain to evolve that’s my opinion
@@Pikachu55Pikachu55 you need to catch johncenamon
You forget about Gliscor, it needs razor fang which is post game only and evolve at night.
Same with reaper cloth. Its post game too
True! Super annoying locking evolution items in the post game
There’s a razor claw somewhere in victory road
@@Pikachu55Pikachu55 thats for Sneasel
@@Pikachu55Pikachu55 yeah it’s for Sneasle but I’m not going to evolve to a Weavile since I despise Weavile so I always use Razor claw for my Honchkrow
Can't forget Gligar into Gliscor. While it's easy to evolve, you can't get the Razor Fang until way later, plus it evolves at night.
Well Just beat the third gym, and my togepi has evolved, wasn't that difficult Friendship evolutions aren't too annoying so I think newer players will be fine
Facts, my golbat evolved into crobat at level 26 lol. But that was because i caught a zubat early in the game and its friendship got high from leveling
I can still totally see his point, if your a younger or newer player and had no idea of this function you could be left wondering what’s going on. If your just running with togepi first in your party and it getting knocked out over and over it’s going to take a longgg time to max that friendship. Especially if you weren’t taking any measures to speed up the process. When I was a kid I hated friendship evolutions
I caught a budew on the route above jubilife and it didn’t evolve until level 34. 😭
@@lunakidd0730 Jwez damn that's tough, should have just got a roselia
Man, you got this down pat. Some of these CAN be stress-inducing, even to veteran players like you and me. I hope the newer players can appreciate this list. Oh yeah, Merry Christmas! :)
Your Eevee to Umbreon to post evolution, list countdown animation is so cute! ^^ Good job to whoever made those.
Sad there was no specific call out for porygon Z. Not just one item trade evolution but two... Also all late game stuff. I miss my platinum porygon Z, can't wait to trade it over
I caught a Gible at lvl 16 and raised it to lvl 50 in half a day and now heading to the 8th gym, Pokérus helped out with raising my Pokémon so fast.
Friendship is kinda better unlike trade only evolutions especially if you dont have one to trade with
You always show up right around the time i start watching pokemon content. Here's a subscribe for you good sir 👍🏾
me: how many more videos can u make on a single game mystic: yes
Merry Christmas, Mystic. I love your videos and I hope you have a good start to 2022!!!
I'm going to the 3rd gym now with all my 6 Pokémons level 40, houdoom gives you 1000 exp per battle so the grind is real, plus I already got 133:06 hours played.
You can raise the percentage of a wild pokemon holding a item to 20 percent by using a pokemon with super luck or compound eyes.
I actually got BDSP today
Congratulations. Have fun playing! And a happy new year.
Hurry up get that manaphy egg todays the last day i think
Have fun! They’re great
Just to warn you, the elite 4 and especially Cynthia are no joke so I hope you have a good team.
Ah yes the classic Christmas gift
I've always preferred the classic Milotic evolution method over the modern method so I'm glad to see it back even if just for 1 game.
Well it was also in oras
@@LegoReader12345hello Yeah but that was 2 gens ago now
I just got the game and it’s downloading on my switch I cannot wait this is going to really help me map out my team
I have been playing Pokémon since the original, but stopped playing for a long time after Fire Red and Leaf Green. I never even knew there were move based evolutions! A lot of this stuff was completely new to me. Thank you!
There's a method that makes feebas less of a nightmare to find in this game. There's videos about the method here on KZhead.
They did so many Pokemon dirty in this game ... Gliscor, Garchomp and Eevee to just name a few ...
I found out that if you save right before checking a honey tree, and you get a male combee, you can reset and check the tree again until you get a female.
You can find Gabite in the Underground as well at near whatever level your Pokemon are. I just caught a Gible and a Gabite around the 50lvl range.
The happiness ones are easy when you get the happiness berries. Just farm those up and you cam force feed them to your pokemon.
'We don't even encounter Gible until after defeating Byron' *laughs in Platinum*
I caught my Togepi at Lv 22 just before Gardenia's Gym. I knew I could not let it faint, but it shocked me that after just three levels of battling opponents (including Gardenia), I had a Togetic. From there, it was pretty easy to wait for my Shiny Stone.

if you have a male jigglypuff with Cute Charm you can use it to boost the female combee encounters to 66%. I used to do that to farm female combees for trades on the GST back in the day
Took me around 25 Elekid encounters before I caught one holding the electirizer. This was also just before crasher wake, which made it’s encounter rate really low. But it was worth, cos electivire is an absolute beast in this game
Murkrow with superluck ability and thief. It was surprisingly easy
I got SUPER lucky and the first elekid I caught was holding an electrizer. Too bad electric types don’t really help against the E4
Yeah but electivire does have a good TM move pool in my opinion
To get around the moonstone and the items that magmar and electabuzz neeed. Youu just need a Pokémon in slot one with super luck ability (it drastically heightens the chance for items). Then use the skill thief on it (make sure the Pokémon with the thief skill already isn’t holding an item!). And there you go no more struggling might take you up two 4 encounters but I normally get it on 2nd try.
I got the game yesterday and chose to shiny hunt my starter and guess what I ended up getting? A shiny starly that you have to fight while I’m still looking for the shiny starter.
The friendship also used to reset if you trade the Pokémon away, though I’m not sure if it still does.
I definitely agree with clefairy moonstone because I'm doing it right now and it is a big pain in the butt
6:18 Mothim might be better suited for in-game play than Wormadam, however. It's probably the best Quiver Dancer available for an in-game playthrough. Beautifly is also an option, but Mothim gets Quiver Dance much earlier (upon evolution from Burmy). The downside is Mothim's lack of special attacking options right off the bat; you get Confusion at Lv. 23, followed by Gust at Lv. 26. Mothim's base Attack is equal to its Special Attack, so you can still use physical attacks like Bug Bite until you can start filling your special movepool with attacks. Yes, Wormadam also learns Quiver Dance, but it just seems too slow to use it well (despite the extra bulk and better typing options). Unfortunately, better Quiver Dancers, like Venomoth, don't become available in BDSP until after the National Pokédex. In terms of what remains, Mothim and Beautifly are almost the same Pokémon, aside from some minor stat differences, different level-up movepools, etc. Their speed and bulk are pitiful regardless (base 50 defenses), but Mothim does just slightly better in these areas (base 70 HP over base 60 for Beautifly; Mothim also has 1 extra base point in speed). In other words, you will want to set up Quiver Dances in front of a slow special attacker; something like Cynthia's Spiritomb could make good set-up bait.
So I was able to figure out a loophole when it came to trade evolutions and stone evolutions very early on in the game. If you by chance have Pokémon HOME and Pokémon legends Arceus, if the Pokémon you’re trying to evolve can be moved to Arceus you can send it to Arceus and collect merit points to evolve the Pokémon and then send them back. It’s how I was able to have a togekiss very early in the game, like before gardenia. Also if you send your Pokémon to legends just to level them up quicker and sit in the back it works just fine.
When i got a shiny stone on my first ambipoma pickup :D loved it also when i got feebas on my 20th cast and found the square and caufht 50 of them lolol
I was in middle school when Gen 4 came out. I had no idea most of the new evos for older Pokémon existed until I saw them in Pokémon Go over like 10 years later. Now I know why.
One more thing that makes Milotic difficult is if you get a Feebas with a nature that decreases Sp Atk. It becomes even _more_ difficult then because it requires more poffins. IIRC, shine isn't a thing anymore (which would make it near impossible to evolve those Feebas), so that's not _as_ bad as it used to be, but it still makes it more difficult.
Love how i dig up the heart scale while he was talking about the difficulty for it lol
The worst thing about friendship evolutions is that the friendship checker Poketch app is just broken, at least for some people. I've had my Budew running away from the cursor - which means it hates me - and then level up in the very next fight and evolve to Roselia. And no pokemon that actually evolves with friendship has ever shown any hearts in the app. I kind of wish they'd stop with the fixes to exploits until they can actually fix stuff that's flat out broken like this.
Yeah took me forever for pichu cuz I couldn't get the app to show the heart. Finally at like almost 30 or 40 it finally evolve. I thought I was crazy so the app is broken. It never show the hearts on mine until after evolution.
You do not need a good rod to catch feebas. Just caught mine last night with an old rod. In fact I recommend using an old rod because it reduces the number of Pokemon you can encounter
Any youtuber that uploads on Christmas Day needs an award
I’d argue that dusk stone evolutions are more difficult than shiny stone evolutions since it’s only available later in the game compared to its counterpart and it can’t be acquired through pickup
I used my shiny stone on roserade but then I ended catching a togepi 😭
I was so stupid when picking out my team, I chose roselia & togepi which both need shiny stones AND ralts & snorunt that both need dawn stones, I had to bribe my friends to trade me the extra stones bc I didn't wanna wait until late game to evolve my pokemon 😭
I fell for the Cleffa trap in my 1st Sun and Moon play through
Nice video mystic happy 😊 holidays
Combee and other Pokémon can change gender and stats if you reset the encounter. Like if you save before a honey tree encounter, you can keep resetting until you get the desired gender and ability. The Pokémon won’t change if you reset it, but the stats will!
I could’ve sworn there was an additional factor to evolving Feebas into Milotic that it had to have 1 of the 4 Special Attack boosting natures (Modest, Mild, Rash or Quiet). Maybe my memory is fuzzy, but I recalled that in Gen 3’s games that if a Feebas you fed dry poké-block to wasn’t one of those natures, it’s Beauty meter wouldn’t complete fill up and you’d have wasted all those resources and time on a Feebas that was destined to never evolve. Shoutout to all of us that evolved Feebas prior to Gen 5’s inclusion of the Marvel Scale!
It's not a requirement to have those natures but it is easier since I think all of those (I know Mild does for sure) have a preference for dry food. If you make decent enough poffins though you can max the beauty stat out well before the sheen maxes out. I'd do some practice with poffin making and experiment with recipes before feeding Feebas first though.
Tip for finding shiny stone you can get one very fast y mining in the grand underground
Merry Xmas mystic
Thanks bro you help me with the Shiny stone and I was lucky enough to find a shiny budew
As for Comby, while the honey tree is terrible mechanic, you can use it to your benefit actually. Because yes, the Pokemon is determined while you put the honey and wait. However, its data isn't. Stats, ability, gender, nature etc are only determined when you acounter it. Meaning you can save beforhand and try again by restarting the game.
I struggled most with getting togepi to evolve 😂 shiny stone was already in my inventory
The trade haunter holding an everstone is just pure cruelty
Honestly, now that you can access the PC boxes from almost anywhere in the overworld, the Pickup strat is stupidly easy for the literal hundreds of thousands of Pokedollars worth of free stuff you can get over the course of a game. You're never going to need a full team of 6 throughout the main story, so have 3 Pokemon you're actually using and 3 Pachurisu and just play the game switching Pokemon in and out of the PC as needed. Using this method I managed to get a Togekiss, Honchkrow, Roserade, and Gallade all before Veilstone Gym. The most time consuming part for me was finding a good Togepi lol
That Haunter trade in Snowpoint City is PURE EVIL. I never had the originals but i had seen so many videos over the years before BDSP games came out that i just straight waited then imported a Gengar from Pokemon HOME box. Problem solved.
This makes me wonder if the next few games should add evolution methods to the Pokedex.
although it would be helpful so you dont have to pull out google, the pokemon community/fanbase would complain as they always do, claiming nintendo is making the games "too easy" lol.
I was surprised to see the magmarizer and electerizer on the list because the elekid I caught was holding an electerizer. I didn’t know that it was a 5% chance
I find a shiny stone and dusk stone through Ambipom pickup.
I caught a cleffa who was holding the moonstone the first time lol 😂 I got lucky
I evolved both an Umbreon and an Espeon from Eevees from eggs my sister gave me, how I did it was just keeping them in the party but out of battles and trained in a low-ish level area south of floaroma leveling them slowly, both ready to evolve around level 19 or 20
What I have for doing fight most most pokemon and been going in every area in Grand underground you can Iron Island before the 6th gym and all the rest of the Galactic stuff the 7th gyms including Lake Valor
Merry Christmas mysticumbreon
the only pokemon i disagree with it is Garchomp cause i'm pretty sure you can find a lucky egg in the underground area around snowpoint city, where gible can be obtained after getting the icicle badge, it'll pretty much become a gabite after 1 level, and with the lucky egg shouldn't take much longer to reach Garchomp.
I had Garchomp well before Sunnyshore even without the Lucky Egg. I found my Gible at level 42 and they can be found up to level 47.
I'm doing a hardcore nuzlocke of Brilliant Diamond. Just caught a budew at lvl 5 on route 104. Gonna walk/grind and get my Roselia at lvl 6. ❤ Missed out on getting Mega Drain because Roselia learns it at lvl 5, which means I'd have to had caught Budew at lvl 4 or lower. 😥🤷♂️
I feel this list hard. My current pokemon are Haunter-trade Gallade- has to be a male ralts Gabite-raised it from 17 gabite Togekiss- don't get me started Empoleon Luxray On my way to snowpoint city
I feel you. My team is gallade - male ralts + dawn stone frosslass - female snorunt + dawn stone roserade - friendship + shiny stone togekiss - friendship + shiny stone & then I use empoleon & houndoom which are quite easy lol.
11 minutes? that’s how much time it took me with 6 30 lvl pachirisu’s to find ONE item 😭 but as you were talking about shiny stones, my pachirisu just found one-
Merry Christmas Mystic
fair warining from the info givien in the #1 evloution. you can't just use the one type of berry, have to use different berries if you use more then one at a time or you will only make foul poffins
you can get a gible in the underground at level 60 then level him twice, this is a bit later in the game tho
Trade evolutions can still exist but they should make an alternative method. Make thr alternative method harder if needed but it they need to fix it.
I had a piloswine lvl 60 or so as a kid, and i never knew how to evolve it untill i grew up. My brother had a lvl 100 sneasel becouse we did know how to evolve it too. We were too little to search for the evolving method
That haunter in game trade pissed me off so much

I always go to Iron Island cuz yeah, so I have a Togekiss on my team with Serene Grace PS: You can get togepi in the underground, albeit it’s rare.
can I just say I had a Murkrow which you can get from Eterna forest until after I beat Candice's gym cause the earliest you can get it is from the Galactic warehouse. The thing is it was good until Phantina's gym, cause after you get assurance, fly, and sky cutter it doesn't learn better moves to deal with the bulkier Pokémon, so after Phantina I barely used it, until I got Honchkrow
“Risking your pokemon being taken” That happened to me TWICE! I just wanted a scisor, but I trade a metal coat scyther for a bibarel and rotom when I just wanted my scisor back
just trade a scyther for a scyther :)
You also might wanna add the fact that Feebas has to be a certain nature to like dry flavored poffins . You can’t just catch any feebas and expect it to eat dry pollens when it likes sweet ones . Also , certain berries make beauty levels much higher than other (Kelsey, and Chesto). That’s what i learned when I evolved my feebas in ORAS .
*poffins
For me its the trade evolutions and sun stone (only 1 switch) and never finding them in the under ground or the helix fossil
I finally got my first sun stone after 760 digs. It's ridiculous.
