It's becuase any video that has been approved for children to watch on KZhead Kids has it's comments section removed. You cannot censor comments, so people were putting horrible racist, and manipulative comments on kids video's. People who do not change there video to be suitable for kids loose out on an incredibly large demographic and loose a lot of potential ad revenue. They are also subject to a lot of copyright claims and potential takedowns. So many channels that show kid shows will prevent comments becuase they can make twice as much money that way, untill they are inevitably shut down for copyright claims. In that case they just make a different google account, then make a new KZhead account, and repeat the process to make free money. That's why you see so many people putting up full videos of stolen content and setting the ratings for children. It takes the algorithm longer to find copyrighted material, however it prevents people from commenting. The guy who runs this channel is obviously just showing off free stuff. Which is cool, however his channel probably won't last for long, so enjoy the video while you can.

You don’t want the original to be put on modern TV remember what happened to teen titans sometimes the best thing to do is just enjoy a classic it’s always going to be a classic the minute you try to put it on modern TV they’re going to have some shitty knock off it’s just going to completely ruin it 300 years from now this is still going to be a classic there’s no need for new animation or to change it in any way just leave it as it is it’s not that hard I don’t know why people feel the need to change it there’s nothing wrong with this now so why change it
