It’s not a crossbow because the propulsion doesn’t come from bending the bow.

If we fallow that reasoning modern crsowbows that doesn't bend front support part but take energy from springs on the side or use string and few blocks are not crossbows... When they are...

Do tego typu pocisków, fajnie się robi piórka z taśmy biurowej. Doskonale sprawdziło mi się to przy drewnianych rzutkach do darta które robiłem. Choć przy bełtach do tej kuszy może być problematyczne przez lufę
