@@alansobel8949 You have it wrong bro The three kittens are the proud owner of a new hooman lol 😂 Cats are the best - I got adopted 3 weeks ago by a 12 month female Tonkinese - she was being tormented by a household with a five year old - so she bit the crap out of me for about 2 weeks Now we play fetch, sleeps with me, talks and lets me know when she has gone to toilet and we scoop straight in toilet- basically won’t leave me side and she has absolutely completed my life and brought me back from sone pretty heavy depression Saved my life
Lmao bro I can't get out the bathroom without 3 cute faces looking at me for affection, I too was depressed and didn't know what to expect but I couldn't picture my life without them. I have 2 grown kids and they are out the house and somewhat successful. I'm a new dad all over again

@@MartinTheWarriorr Yes, it actually is pretty well accepted that in nature, cats don't feel guilt or shame, but if around us and especially around a per parent who expresses a lot of guilt and shame, they can and do experience both emotions. They will mimic us, its an adaptation house cats made a long time ago so they didn't have to hunt for us anymore and could lay around and do nothing. They became perfect little humans in floof form. They are extraordinarily intelligent. They just need the right environment to shine. My cat know about 8 commands now. I never once looked up how to train her. Just did what felt natural to me. She is more friendly than when I got her when she was 3.

@@yoginella I bet your cat maybe had a previous owner who abused it and trained it to be like that. That is a behavior I have seen in my cat. She has a lot of unjustified emotions and triggers, since I got her. She will exhibit shame randomly and go hide. She gets this weird look on her face and her body slumps down, then she lurks into a hidden spot for a few hours. Then forgets and is back for more pets as she is very clingy as well. They handle trauma very similarly to humans, I have noticed.
@@carnivoroussarah No, he came to me when he was 8 weeks old and I met his mom when he was 2 weeks old. He just turns around immediately after an accident, bumps his little head against my leg and blinks at me while I verbally apologize and pet him. This is our ritual...sort of...I think. We fight, play tag and stuff, but I never hit him. How could I? I will never understand what a coward you have to be to abuse a weaker creature (human or non-human). I'm sorry your cat had to experience something like that in the past. Wish her and you the best😊
