My dad and I would watch this show together, thank you for giving us something to grow together.
You’re welcome, Johnny. I also watched the show with my father and have lots of childhood memories tied to this program. So, right there with you. Cheers.
How old are you
Always loved snakes, especially the constrictors. Loved the show too!
I saw a beautiful California Kingsnake this week. It was the lightest of greens with dark chocolate colored stripes. Most beautiful snake I have ever seen.
This was my favorite episode, & one of the reasons I got into Herpotology!! The Lampropeltis genus is still one of my faves because of Marty & this episode!!
Thank you for posting this. King snakes rule👍🏻🇺🇸
The two male Gray Banded Kingsnakes were absolutely beautiful. ❤
How beautiful kingsnakes!
Its my favorite animal God i haven't seen this show/ this episode probably 30 years
How you doing my friend thank you for awesome vids 👏👏
Hi eliech. Thanks for saying hi. And thanks for the kind comment on the vid. Very much appreciated.
Fascination. As a lifelong snake keeper, that nails it. Dude gets it. Very cool.
I got into hunting and fishing in my early teens. Wildlife always interested me and this show was one of my favorites. Learned a lot from this series.
Definitely neat to see these now with an adult perspective. The California Kings were definitely captive filmed & I never noticed that as a kid!
I used to visit Marty’s dads pet store in Fort Smith when I was a kid
awesome content loved it!!!!
Watched from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma every Wednesday. We took the phone off the hook while this show was on.
It’s impressive that they found a wild albino. They are not extremely rare but they are certainly uncommon. It’s even more impressive that some of the babies were albino
I don't mind Garden Snakes since they were good for keeping the rodent population. However, for the last two years I haven't seen any. They were scary, but probably more afraid of me than I was of them! One liked sleeping by my dog in my back yard. That was thelast time I saw it.
Great documentary! I'd love to find the king snake vs rattlesnake clip somewhere on KZhead!
There are a few!
Think the KING of the snakes is the KING COBRA
I luv little hoggies. But king snakes eat other snakes do they not? I don’t want to feed other snakes to a snake. Snakes with king in the name are snake eaters are they not? I do love gray snakes though so beautiful.
