Join Me and Devon as we go up to East Durham New York over the weekend of October 8-11 to participate in the Catskill Mountain Maker Camp. We drive up on Friday the 8th, and head back the morning of Monday the 11th.
This was a weekend of making and relaxing and hanging out with great people, all makers alike.
We didn't spend too much time talking to the camera, but just wanted to capture Maker Camp and bring you along for the ride.
We had an incredible time making things, helping people, working together, eating and drinking together, camping, and being apart this awesome community.
We will definitely be back next year, and are excited to see some of you again, and some of you for this first time in 2022.
Thank you to Jim Smith from The Tradesman Channel for some awesome additional video footage that was used in this video.

  • I'm hoping to make the camp this year. I live nearby so I almost have no excuse not to make it there. Blackthorn was actually an IT customer of mine years ago.

  • Love seeing so many trees. Looks a lot like southern Indiana where I live. Hard to believe there are places out there without trees. lol, I find it really hard not to be a Jimmy Fanboy. :)

  • One quick question please. Is that other guy a twin brother? It looks like you were in your element matey with all those professionals at work demonstrating their skills and artwork. All seems like a great community working together making & erecting a symbol of dedication to a special individual. Well done mate. Did you know that there is a tribe, I think between India & Tibet whom built their dwellings without using any nails, screws or any metallic material. I wish I could remember what documentary it was, I'm sure you would have like to see it. Thank you for sharing a bit of your life with us. We salute you sir. Warmest greetings from Christmas Island. So..when are you going to do another LIVE show?
