  • I knew a guy who was a retired Army Green Beret who used to work with the CIA. He referred to them as the company store. He said he participated in the mission that ended Che Guevara. I am not sure in what capacity he participated, but I believed him. He was an incredibly intelligent, very lonely man who rubbed people the wrong way due to his lack of social skill, but he was an interesting person to know. I often wish I had stayed in touch with him. In fact I tried contacting him a few years ago and found out he had passed just a few months that. I was so disappointed in myself for not doing it much sooner.

    • What people don't seem to understand is that when you accept the morality in the US conducting things like these then they automatically accept that other countries may freely eliminate people they percieve as threats in a similar manner. You should keep in mind that the German army during World War 2 initially rejected the idea of the Brandenburgers due to the simple fact that they broke the rules of conventional warfare in that they werent uniformed with the german army insignia. While It might be a stretch to say that the morality of the US army is worse than the nazi's I think It's worth pointing out that the idea of this kind of warfare was rejected initially by the german wehrmacht.

    • Parameter one of the guys I mentioned earlier was telling me about the other countries that use them (Russia, England, japan, Israel, Germany) and that the Russians also use lone operators that do amazing things “they’re showing me this thermal image of this building with... like 300 people in it and you see this one little dot go in and do whatever it did then leave and the heat signatures are all just fading to background.” Ya it sounds cool but where is the line drawn on what gets you killed, according to him they had to take a picture of the target and get a blood sample “we get in and out, we kill everyone, you don’t want them behind you.” To bring that back to the original point, other than the fact that the building is still there, how is that different than a drone strike?

      @jerkfudgewater147@jerkfudgewater1474 жыл бұрын
    • @@jerkfudgewater147 Far harder to cover up a drone strike than having someone slip something into your food. I'm sure a whole lot of poison killings are listed as natural caused deaths. The bottom line issue is that when a goverment decides to kill It needs to be accountable and take responsibility for the killing.

      @Teutathis@Teutathis4 жыл бұрын
    • Parameter accountable to who? Even the great America has propaganda so thick no one knows what’s real, half the story or a complete lie... google (a DARPA creation) changes what it shows people based on what it thinks they want, what are the chances it’s not hiding stories deemed unflattering. The people this video, the South American media and this comment thread are talking about are not killing people with poison slipped into food, bullets made of poison sure sometimes but it’s either bullets or some other violent death. When they “kill everyone” they aren’t doing that with cleverly poisoned ice cream parfait for everyone... they’re shooting them

  • This person, Annie, is a thoughtful person and has interesting things to talk about. The 'conundrum' that we don't deal with death, we are squeamish, in a first world country is very common. People who DON"T have that squeamishness, we call those people sociopaths and keep them locked up. But when you are forced to kill, you have to have killers, and there is a very tangible price for that killer to pay (if they are not a sociopath) A number of books deal with this age old conundrum. And fitting back into a first nation again, what those people experience, is significant too. Lots of WWII veterans did NOT want to talk about their experiences, their children said. Ok, so how does a nation deal with war, especially these days, where we don't even kill our own food, we get meat wrapped up in plastic. In WWII, many more people lived on farms and were far closer with dealing with death everyday. And it's famous that the first kill makes you physically sick. That nation starts off at a disadvantage- but they have to deal with death on a large and small scale, either they fight or capitulate. You want your citizens (and nation!) to survive. My question, when we have "leaders" like that general Milley, who said he'd notify China FIRST if Trump was planning to attack them- how can our nation survive? Yet some people are on Milley's side ! (Because Trump is such a bad person and has been turned into "literally Hitler") MIlley shouldn't be a leader IMO, and should have immediately been replaced with someone suitable. How many of our other "leaders" are like that? And when we "deal" with a nation like China, who "parts people out" by organ harvesting (it's not voluntary either, and it's on a VAST scale. You can drop into China, without notice and pick up a kidney or whatever and be back in Europe in a few days again. They don't have to pre-plan the trip and worry about blood type, etc, the Chinese have all the prisoners health records and only keep them alive until needed) They are currently in a genocide against the Uyghur people, the Muslims who live in Xinjiang. They keep them locked up, millions, and force abortions etc. etc. Savage and reminiscent of Indians in the US, or worse. China "employs" millions of slaves, who get fed, but receive no pay. Other groups are paid a pittance and have one day "off" a month, 2 days "off" if you are lucky. How do we deal effectively with a nation like that, who is willing to sacrifice huge numbers of their subjects (I won't call them citizens) for tactical or strategic advantage. Those are just some 'highlights' off the top of my head. Other nations are like that, or worse. North Koreans try to immigrate (and are killed by N. Korea if caught) and consider China a paradise after North Korea. We don't even really know what goes on there, they are such a closed society. In a country, like ours, where a conversation above with Joe Rogan and Annie is totally normal- can we come up with the 'grit' to effectively oppose China, our greatest adversary?

    • If history is any evidence, typically the leaders and people you describe who lack that societal "grit" are the first to go when a nation is truely put to the test. Either by outside forces or within to make room for those more suitable for the times. I couldn't say for certain what the outcome would be if the US and China had went to war(I will speculate that the actual victor would be the US for a variety of reasons that would take me 4-5 paragraphs to explain) but I know that the General who made that absurd statement and all the useful idiots amongst his camp won't be around for the result.

He also killed men who committed crimes to the local people in the mountain who were their support network. He killed people who threatened the revolution, because he understood how weak it was in the beginning, he did not kill for personal vendetta. There have been many military people who have sentenced men to the firing squad Che is not unique to this aspect of military. The British executed a man called James Connolly that could not even stand on his own 2 feet after the Easter Rising In Ireland. They tied him to a pole and shot him along with many of his comrades.

  • The most amazing thing to me about this video is that apparently this isn't common knowledge for most people. When I was a brand new private in the Army I got sent on a temporary duty as a gopher on a master sergeant promotion board. Just taking files to the colonels and sergeants major who were reviewing the people for promotion. We'd get a list of names with their social security numbers and we'd go pull those files, put them together, and drop them off. Then put them back when they were done. Every so often we'd come across names that would be listed as Doe, John 000-00-0001; Doe, John 000-00-0002, etc. We saw plenty of special forces guys in those files with all kinds of crazy backgrounds. So couldn't figure out what the John Does were all about. We were told those were Delta Force guys on active missions so their identity was top secret. Their files were kept in a safe. When they came up an armed MP would have to escort the file from the safe to the promotion board and stand by till they were done then escort the file back to the safe. None of us were allowed to leave until those files were back in the safe. There were maybe 100 of them, E-7s up for E-8..... And that was in 1996. When we weren't at war with anybody. And that's just Delta Force. Imagine how secret the CIA guys were.

    • During 1996 when we "weren't at war with anyone", we were, in reality: 1) Intermittently bombing Iraq over a period of 12 years in between the two Gulf Wars. 2) Staging a coup d'etat in Albania. 3) Laying the ground work for our illegal and immoral invasion of Serbia for the purposes of: a) agitating the Russians b) ensuring the free flow of Bin Laden's heroin into Europe And about a dozen other ops which have materialized into the sort of proxy warfare prescribed by the PNAC. We are always at war, don't kid yourself.

After the operation, they would come back and get reinstated in the same position/rank/whatever that they before. The guy who set up the landing strip for the rescue effort for the hostages in Iran, he was Mr Carney when he was setting up those lights.

He told me some about Special Forces and some of the things they could do . I knew that l had to try for that . All l can say is that it was an exciting wild life .

    • @apx. pegasus Geopolitical hegemony? Do you even know a single thing about the Korean Peninsula? Clearly not.. The reason N.Korea even has a nuclear program is because America designed the conditions for it.. The Bush/Clinton/Obama regime have intentionally taunted invasion to force N.Korea to allocate resources to military and nuclear deterence,and since theyre communist/command economy this means starvation for their people.. So that the US can make them food-aid dependent and at the same time have a nuclear program to point to for a reason to invade. Clinton/Obama/Deep state whateve you want to call it.. The SWAMP.. does not want N.Korea to denuclearize. Thats what Jon Bolton meant when he said he sees the "Libya Model" for N.Korea. Thats why Trump fired him. Trump saw through all of this from the start. Thats why he was the first President in American history to cross that redline. He should honestly win a Nobel Prize and Im a leftist. But the Democrats/CIA/Military industrial complex are still trying to make sure that doesnt work out.. You should really have a proper look at the world some time and get out of your fake Propaganda CNN world
