Wild Maine Oyster Rockefeller Catch Clean & Cook On The Beach
Sarah and I head out to the Maine Coast to harvest some world-class oysters for one of my favorite meals - the Oyster Rockefeller. We have everything we need right on the beach so we finish our catch and cook by making a fire pit and eating our dinner right with the seagulls and crashings waves. Be sure to check your local laws we did have to get a Shellfish license to harvest these and there are size and amount limits that may change depending on where you wish to go.

I remember yrs ago when I was younger, my dad and I, God rest his soul, we would go hunting heartachokes in the woods beside our house, he never cooked then this way, he always pickled them like dill pickles, and they were great, just inspired me to take my son out hunting, thank you. YA MAN like Greg said nothing beats fresh air. I get supper bummed to at times and realize I'm spending to much time inside or infront of my phone or other devices. Then I make myself go outside and it's like God's creation breaths life into me and I'm revitalized. It's not always easy but "you can do it" get outsides and experience all this life has to offer you and breath easy my friend!!
