Easy Tiramisù Tutorial: A Step-by-Step Guide to Perfection
Hello everyone! Today I am here to make a perfect and super simple tiramisù!

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- 500 grams of mascarpone
- 1 small cup of coffee
- 1 package of ladyfingers biscuits (also called “savoiardi”)
- cocoa powder to put on top
- a pinch of salt
Step-by-Step recipe:
Step 1:
To make the mascarpone cream, start by beating the egg yolks and sugar together until you achieve a nice foamy consistency. A tip: always break the egg yolks before adding the sugar, as this prevents annoying lumps from forming.
Step 2:
In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. I always add a pinch of salt to make them firmer.
Step 3:
Gradually add the mascarpone to the beaten egg yolks, and then gently fold in the egg whites using a bottom-to-top motion to avoid deflating the mixture.
Step 4:
Prepare the coffee

Now it's time to assemble the layers. Start with the first layer of cream. Quickly dip the Savoiardi biscuits in the coffee, then arrange them side by side to cover the entire surface of the cream.
Step 6:
Cover everything with a thicker layer of cream and repeat the process: dip the biscuits and arrange them side by side. Finish with a layer of cream.
Step 7:
Let your tiramisu rest in the refrigerator, once it is time to serve - add the cocoa powder.
