Our own vehicle is called ‘reverse tilting trike’ because it has the two wheels on the front and the one at the back instead of the opposite like a common trike.

    • @@haydenc2742 A big flat car tire in the back would make it perform even worse. You'd want all three to be bike tires, seeing as all of them tilt when turning. Flat tires just make it harder to turn and lean properly as well as make it less stable.

  • Masterpiece! Only things concerned are when the trike leans, the front wheel camber angle makes massive reduction on the grip as the contact surface of the front tires reduced a lot (using motorcycle tires may be better); And cast wheel hubs may be stronger than a welded ones.

  • MIE: Lets have fun being creative making something interesting and present it to the world for their enjoyment for free. The internet: That's not good enough. You should have done this... Why is critiquing everyone's first action? Just enjoy it or move on.

    • Everyone: PuT rOuNd TyReS oN iT I'm pretty sure the people who literally *designed and fabricated* a tilting steering mechanism know they'd be better. I'm *guessing* they didn't have any and (unlike some other youtubers) don't just throw money at problems. Ffs some of the tools they used in this project were previous builds of theirs. And don't tell me for one second if you had a go on this thing you wouldn't be grinning like an idiot. Even if it *only* has a moped engine and car wheels as opposed to bike ones I bet it's still fun as hell to ride.

      @eric.is.online@eric.is.online4 жыл бұрын
    • Because they're invested enough in what these guys do that they want to help improve their builds? And it is possible to enjoy something and critique it as well, perhaps because you enjoyed it. If someone goes "Man that's ugly!" then that's not useful in any way, I agree, but if someone offers up feedback with some thought and reason behind it, that's a completely different thing.

      @martinedelius@martinedelius4 жыл бұрын
    • @@eric.is.online Not necessarily. It's extremely easy to get caught up in your own design and vision of something you're building to thew point where you don't see the forest for all the trees. My guess is that money has nothing to do with it, these guys are extremely crafty and would solve that problem in no time, and that it's all about looks. And how fun this thing is - and I agree with you, it looks super fun - has nothing to do with if it can be improved or not.

A man makes a wheeled vehicle with knots as he sees it at hand, there’s a great flight of fantasies in their execution - whoever sees it does that (or how many people have so many opinions)! I do agree that the front tires need to be bike tires and rear should be a car tire. A bigger engine wouldn't hurt. I couldn't help to think it needed tension to the front suspension so that it returns the tilt back to straight after coming out of the turn. Great video my friend. Well done with great music that wasn't blaring out annoying metal or monotonous, never ending elevator tunes. May you have continued success.

  • You do some fine welding sir,And you’re very creative I wish I had half the set up you have as you make it look so damned easy,though I’m sure it’s not!!!I built a drum rack that has a circle on top(where cymbals are mounted) and a circle waist high that the Toms are mounted(connected by two side flared out half circles for support)then of course the bottom is a circle as the bass drums look like they’re floating but they actually are supported by plates in which they’re bolted to,the whole thing splits in half and is on locking wheels.....Makes it easy for set up between shows etc cause everything stays on and is simply bolted together in places so unless you know they’re there you don’t see them...I figured you might be interested for some silly reason because you are a musician etc....Take care man and great job again!!!

Put you in your seat through a turn instead of pressure on the inside of your leg, and I've only gone slow speeds through a parking lot. Genius idea and execution. Tag can am pay this guy a bonus for the idea.
