hello there, i notice that you have a book called "think like monk", genuinely asking is the book good ? from scale 1-10 how good it is ?
hi! thanks for stopping by my channel and watching my video :D i think rating a book takes lots of personal stuff though such as your preferences on books and circumstances why you want to read them. I personally bought it to learn about some practical ways how to implement mindfulness practices into my life, but in english! since i enjoy learning english with what i love doing, or topics i'm interested in. if i rate the book (put aside the authenticity issue of how Jay described his past experiences as a monk) in terms of that way, i'd give it a 9! i was able to learn lots of vocabs and phrasal verbs there that i didn't know before, and it has many of great zen stories and take aways from some ancient religions/philosophies' in India, China, and etc. i still look it up sometimes when i get stressed for something and so i want to do mindfulness practice. the reason for the missing 1 is because those meditation tips that were in the book didn't really work for me as an adhd person lol it's mainly me i guess. thanks for reading my looooong comment in advance and hope my answer helps!

haha yay! i'm a fan of him! he (in the calendar) had been with me for +4 years but now that i've redesigned my room i had to put that away in my store place🥲 i hope i can move out to a bigger space in the near future and take it out back to be hung on my wall again!

hi! oh it's not you! i didn't mention about where i got it from in the video since it's from a korean local brand that i thought it wouldn't be that helpful to mention it for most of the people out there who see my video. i personally purchased the chair here ( smartstore.naver.com/shawndnco/products/5240374734 ), i'm not sure they also do an international e-commerce business though! hope this explains well :)
