As a lawyer, I’d highly suggest you get one.... not only can you get those trespassing warnings voided but I can count 6 different charges you could press on 3 different people. The manager would definitely serve time for her criminal actions and the employee who tackled your friend could also receive charges... AT LEAST a misdemeanor. Not only could you get them arrested but you’d have a GREAT chance at a lawsuit. Take some time out of your day to read the parks policies... you never broke any of them.

You must be dumb because it was a toy alligator head on a toy boat, if it was a real gator you would be able to see the body in the clear water. Also, employees gave them the right to do the prank, ALSO, there would not be any ripples that close from the gator if it was an adult or medium sized gator, one more thing, the management not kicking them out of the park and instead trapping them inside and then ripping them off the fence is assault and battery.

Yea but they did it on a mother and her children. That mother thinking her and mostly her childrens life on the line, yea she has a reason to be mad. It is different with parents. Yea i realise they had permission, but you watch their videos, they look like jerks and mostly have no permission. They act like they do nothing wrong and do not learn a lesson.
