WE MADE IT TO JAPAN! In this first video we stop at Round1 Arcade in Odaiba and found this Mario Party Coin Pusher game, also known as a Medal Game in Japan. This games so awesome! We played so much that we had to break it up into 2 parts, so stay tuned!

    • Don't worry, the people playing the game didn't figure it out either. To be honest, this was extremely frustrating to watch. For those wondering, The slots that have the blue lights (in the beginning) give mario the dice rolls when a coin passes through the slot. In the top center of the screen there is a dice meter. Starts blue, then green, then red as you accumulate the dice rolls. After they maxed out the dice rolls, it was pointless to keep pumping in the coins (no more slots lit up to target). They needed to let the dice game/animation play out since the outcome of the dice rolls will sometimes give you free coins (in the pusher field), claw grabs, etc. Also, they need to time their coins so they land when the pusher is fully extended. This maximizes the coins that will fall onto the lower deck. Also note: on the lower deck, both sides are open where the coins can fall and the house keeps. You only get the coins that fall off the front. Their method stacks the coins on the lower level effectively causing a higher % of coins to fall off the sides instead of the front.

    • Isn't it strange how something that is so abhorrent becomes "normal", to the point you use it as some kind of "legit" excuse. If she lets you do that, I wonder what she does when she thinks you back is turned?. Don't forget it's always two way street. Women don't get mad, they get even. If she can flippantly except your lame excuse... then frankly, you're not the one worth worrying about.

  • This game doesn't appear to be timed, but they were so frantic to keep rapid firing instead of trying to figure out what was happening, is there a reason for that or are these guys just spazes?

  • Gawd, watched it all and still have no idea what on earth was happening lol. Last time i played coin pushers was in the 90s, one at a time and got excited when some moved to the edge. Time has changed alot!

  • Yall should check out the Google Translate app! They have a feature where you can select the language> hold it up to text>then it will translate. It isnt perfect but its super cool and gives some general understanding!
