All mammals share certain characteristics, like warm blood and backbones. But despite their similarities, these creatures also have many biological differences - and one of the most remarkable differences is how they give birth. Kate Slabosky details the placental, marsupial, and monotreme methods of giving birth.

    • how about stop being a bigot and let americans measure and talk how they want. only in theory is metric better but in actual practice it's a nightmare to use especially for americans which buy things in bulk and need a unit of measurement that scales with how big their country is.americans should know cause they learn both in school and end up only using metric when they have to which is mainly when dealing with foreigners not because it makes measuring things easier.

    • Nothing says that the old testament is exactly the way they say it. The old testament (If your not a Christian it's the first part of the bible, before jesus) is more metaphorical than literal. So I have no opinion on the subject.

      @firestar-fz2rw@firestar-fz2rw3 жыл бұрын
    • @@firestar-fz2rw Protestantism was founded by henry the 8th because he was tired of the Pope and wanted more wives. And the only reason it is now considered metaphorical is because people began to understand reality more and realised the bible didn't fit. So they moved the goal posts. Christian's nowadays just throw out the homophobia and slavery advocation and keep the bits they like. Such a hollow and fickle belief system.
