Simon Gauzy can do it both, in one moment he plays 'normal' like anyone else and in the next moment he chop blocks the hell out of his opponent.
Thats one of the reasons, why he is loved all around the world. Unconventional points and much more is what you can see in the following video.

  • Simon Gauzy "magic hand" at its best! He's capable of everything in every single position! Killer topspins, chop blocks, crazy side spins... I love his style and his serves too. The first point is terrific and announces well the rest of the video. He's definitely the best french table tennis player we've never had!!

    • Gauzy et Xu Xin, c'est le genre de joueur que préfère, un coup de patte inimitable et une super polyvalence : ils savent jouer dans toutes les positions, en block, en attaque normale, en défense, en contre avec des missiles en revers pour l'un, en coup droit pour l'autre...

    • @@michaelshaw7652 only two persons are currently there to beat him right now is Fzd and Ma long.He is never lost to anyone than these fellows hardly,the most underrated player of all time,,even Fzd had lost to Harimoto,Ma long to Lin Yun ju,,but he has not,,lot of chances are there for him to get gold in This olympics

    • @@michaelshaw7652 Nonsense.He beat him just like his master Chila beat Liu Guoliang.It's Xu Xin who copied the Europeans ,not the other way around.Ever heard of Secretin or Appelgren?China has a pretty poor tradition in lefty players.
