  • I am 1 month post op from a heart transplant and I listen to this every night. My new heart is beating very strong and I'm not use to that. My old heart was very weak. I was just hanging on.   • Hey guys, I just wanted to stop by to send some positive energy to all of you! These past years been very tough to me. Ive been challenged mentally, emotionally and certainly spiritually. I feel like i’m finally finding myself and who I was once before when I had peace. I am thankful to come across a channel like this one that shows me that we are really all one in the same. We all have these daily struggles that we deal with that can keep us up late at night but just know that you are not alone.   • I have tinnitus and a brain that never shuts off. This is one of the best rain videos I’ve listened to. It blocks out the other sounds in my head so I can finally relax and get real sleep. Thunder is low enough and rain steady. Almost like sitting on my porch during a storm. Thank you. The lack of ads is much appreciated also. This is therapy for the soul.   • I grew up in the Caribbean, Trinidad to be exact and this is what it sounded like when it rained on the corrugated metal roofs. Here I am far from home, typing up a paper that is stressing me to no end but with this playing in the background, I can feel my anxiety melt away.

  • I live in NYC & have suffered from anxiety since at least 2004. Since 2006 I've suffered anxiety episodes that made it almost impossible to take public transportation and sleep. Being in public spaces had been nothing but torture and i found myself retreating from all activities. Since i found these videos my life and sleep have improved dramatically. I don't know how I would've survived without them. Thank you so much...

  • This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family’s home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I love rain and thunder.
