Buchanan stepped onto Patri's foot and then clipped her from behind. It was a justified yellow card.
It is funny because I recall a play in Everton vs Chelsea this year that was similar and it ended up in a penalty and yellow card against Everton.... and the Everton player did not follow up with the trailing leg to double-check that Patri was not continuing the play so....

Chelsea had several chances and were not able to score. That's referees fault? If you want to be ìn a Final you can't miss those chances...
