About me:
Hi! I'm Sniff or Cass, and I'm a Minecraft builder that has been inlove with the game since 2011! I like to do gaming content around sandbox and creative games, like Minecraft, The Sims 4, and much more!
This is my first Minecraft Hardcore Survival Video, and I originally wanted it to be a Minecraft 100 Days Video but it just didn't work out that way. I hope you guys like the lightly modded minecraft content as well.

  • I did miss the cherry blossom petals I know~! But my reasoning for not adding the pitcher pod is because it's considered a crop and not a flower. For flowers I went by what bees use for pollination and some of the taller guys. Looking back at least I did get a pitcher pod, so cheers to that.

    • Um, I think you might have misread your notes but Tulips and Oxeye Daisys were added 1.7.2, not 1.17. Also, I have to disagree with you on the Pitcher pod thing because well Yes, they are classified as a Crop I think most of us would still call them flowers. However, I did enjoy you telling us small facts about the flowers and their IRL Counterparts. Continue the good work.

  • I'm over here still waiting for Mojang to put water lilies in the swamps with the lilypads. We NEED water lilies; _give us the Monet, Mojang!_ 😂 My own family had a modern brush with Tulip Mania a few years ago. On a trip to Europe, passing through the Netherlands, my mom fell in love with tulips, and convinced my dad to help her buy some bulbs and bring them back home. 100 Dutch tulip bulbs went back across the pond to the 'States, and were planted in the front yard. Spring came, and....nada. Nothing, zip, zilch. I chanced to peek under the tree stump in the garden and found the problem: our local squirrel Mr. Nubbles (so named for the measly 1/2 inch of tail he had left after a run-in with the neighbor's crazy dog) had _dug up and DEVOURED ALL 100 BULBS!_ Well, 99 of them; we discovered that Mr. Nubbles had kindly left us a *single* tulip. It sprouted, bloomed...and then the day after the blossom opened, that rotten little tree-rat bit the blossom off. Mom hated the neighbor's dog (mean as a kicked rattler, and thick as a brick), but for once, she was rooting for the dog.

    • Hah I usually eat food or drink tea, crochet, listen to music whilst also thinking of future world building ideas. Sadly the food or drink doesnt last long and sometimes when I need to focus on thinking about world building or when I think Im onto something I usually pause the music.

  • I think you'd like the bushier flowers mod. It lets you make bouquets. You should definitely do another one of these with mods that adds flowers

  • Hold on, didn't you know that there was another flower too? It's one of the flowers the sniffer finds with the torchflower, it's a large blue flower, that you can grow on tilted soil!😊

    • While pitcher plants aren't technically flowers, the pink leaves of the cherry blossoms are, in fact, flowers and not leaves

    • It's a plant! But the game does not recognize it as a flower! I went by for the most part what bees will view as flowers in the game.

  • to your question at the end: i really liked the style of video! having small sections where we can watch the whole build come together is my favorite, it gives it a more polished feel. the little fun facts about each flower honestly kept me super interested! even if it takes longer to make, getting to watch content like this is definitely worth it. thank you sniffer… ish! >:)c

  • I do! I listen to stories all the time while playing Minecraft, it makes it more fun for me! Though I do notice the mood of the story does change a bit how I play, if I’m listening to the hunger games, I want to build a district or a abandoned city. But if I’m listening to something happier my builds seem to reflect it

  • Anothed fun fact about tulips: During I believe ww2, Canadians had kept the Dutch princess safe by sheltering her and the Netherlands sent their gratitudes by donating 83,000 tulips to Canadians. It wasn't thought of at the time, but then for the following 3 years, the dutch kept sending tulips until it eventually became a festival that happens every year called the "tulip festival". The festival is still on going till this day

  • 2:02 you can add the flowers into the mushroom soup recipe to make mysterious soup - i think one of the who tree/grey dye flowers gives you more saturation from it, think you can regeneration from one of ten flowers too
