That was so unexpected after a banger film from gxk the new empire (second film) we are already seeing a much more thrilling journey to the gxk series

SPOILER ALERT...from an inside source via production crew member, the next villian will be mecha ghidorah and a new kaiju. apex collected the shattered pieces from the crystal that controlled shimu and combined it with whatever they had left of ghidorah. so one of mecha ghidorah head will have the frost attack. but its speculated that the new kaiju will be a relative of shimo species.
