  • No robbery, just Efe haters that want him to loose, notice they never gave him credit for the upper cuts and middle round domination. Cry me a river 😢😢😢

    • The important thing is that he maintained composure and didn't get excited when he hurt the other fighter. Notice how Efe stopped him in his tracks with those uppercuts when he tried to go stupid on him.

  • Lmao looks like lots of people didn't watch the full fight. It was close, the right guy won or a draw. Ajagba won enough of the middle rounds to warrant a win. Guido did well and deserves a rematch for a good performance, but he was sloppy offensively and defensively althrough out the fight.

I think he still has a pretty high peak, but if he doesn't learn D, it's hard to ever see him in the top 5, fighting for insano money. • Both were gone by the end. No doubt on Ajagba offense he has power but his defense needs a lot of work. I’ve been following his whole career and haven’t seen much improvement in his defense. He almost got dropped here.

  • Looks like Ajagba was in the real fight & left out to chance based off these highlights here. Granted, i would have to replay it. And, what i can tell in Anderson "fight" based off little bits, it's not rocket science. Anderson is supposed to be the next American hope for Heavyweights, so im sure they had to do him right. Atleast, that i hear.

  • Why does Top Rank keep pushing Ajagba as if he is any deal? He is not an elite level fighter. He is not even worthy of called 'hype job'.

    @junkim2789@junkim278921 күн бұрын
    • Because the "fans" tend to easily eat up the narratives pushed by promoters. I've never been high on Efe, even when he was on that ko streak with his big right hand, simply because his boxing skills, i.e, distance judgment, footwork, feint, ... are not even close to elite. Him losing to Frank Sanchez was not a big surprise. Yet when he came back beating boxers of much lower quality, the "fans" started to think he has improved when that's not how you test if a boxer's improvement. It's like you failed to solve a hard problem so you go do a much easier one then telling yourself that you had improved. The same things have been happening with AJ - losing convincingly to Usyk twice then was pushed to come back against much more mediocre boxers, the best of which was Wallin whom he convincingly beat over a decade ago. Yet somehow people think he's a different fighter now and is ready for Usyk 3 ...
