yes it is, but the original game got taken down, so the devs had to create another one. Now all the kaijus are free, except for the skins. idk if you can find the game by searching it, but you can try to find the link

Nobody lost anything, everyone will get their kaijus/progress back eventually the only thing that will change is the appearance of the kaijus, so the game doesn't get deleted again

Having stun doesn’t make it inherently more realistic. And besides, Kaiju Universe isn’t going for that kind of combat. It’s much more free flow. If you want that more combo oriented stun based combat you can go play Kaiju Arisen.
