I live for Asian girl groups, and I love so many of them, but these girls have damaged my brain with their awesomeness. Since they debuted last spring with Tippy Toes, they've grown on me steadily, and now, with Shooting Star and Left Right (their rap videos didn't hurt either), I think they've just knocked Twice into second place in my musical heart and mind A lot of groups have come close to doing this, but nope, it's XG. These rap, vocal, visual, and dance queens are ready to run the game. 100% love for this amazing group from a Toronto Alpha.

Being nominated and being able to showcase their craft is enough. THANK YOU SBS. Knets are not only Xenophobic specially towards Japan given the history of the two counties but are also hostile towards foreign acts in general (I've seen WAAAAY too many Music Award Shows held in Korea and crowds will always be dead AF if the performer is not Korean.). These are FACTS sadly. Hopefully the general K-audience have a character development soon since it's ironic that they be wanting their kpop idols to win American Music shows or be in various American TV but they show hostility when foreign acts are embracing Korean culture to be in their industry.

I'm so glad they chose the best outfits to wear for their first Inkigayo stage, this is my fave Shooting Star live performance so far. They all look so stunning, and as someone who has been with them since they were releasing those debut teaser videos, I'm soooo happy to see them gaining popularity now. These girls work so hard, they deserve everything nice.
