1-1.2 kg pork
Salt
black pepper
Italian herbs
smoked paprika
some vegetable oil
1 onion
1 carrot
350 g mushrooms
Salt, black pepper
~ 150 ml cream 10 % or milk
Cook 1 kg potatoes in salted water
~ 300 g bacon
Cheese
Wrap the meat in bacon
Wrap in parchment and foil
Add boiled potatoes
olive oil
Salt, black pepper, potato spices
Bake for approx. 50-60 minutes at 190°C
Bake for another 20 minutes
Great hearty dinner!
