  • Almost looked like the kind of site Xander Budnick would pick. That was a beauty pike, maybe a little too big to eat. The skitters looked plentiful. You can do all the fishing and camping vids you want to. More skin is nice too, but then with skin it's never enough. I would only have eaten the lobsters if you didn't have all those nice fish. Good video. Pax.

  • FYI they make what are called "Instant tents." Sooooooooooooo much faster to set up. The fiberglass rods are sewn into the tent so you literally just unfold the tent and pop it up, pop in some stakes and you're done. I love mine!

  • Mav, you need a Hennessey hammock. I’ve been using one for years. No need to find level spots worry about what’s below you. You sleep flat due to design. Has built-in mosquito netting and of course a tarp if needed. Check it out. Haven’t used a tent in years. Just have to find two trees 13 to 20 feet apart and use environmentally friendly tree wrap, hammock connectors and two carabiners. Also no need for air mattress or worry what walks or crawls under you. 😊

  • One of my memories of Crane Lake was when my father’s 70 horse Johnson broke down and we had to get back to the landing with a tiny trolling motor. In a heavy rainstorm! My job was to sit up front of the boat looking for rocks! Thanks for sharing the journey!

  • Going 2600 miles with 3 dogs, on a bicycle with a wikes diy trailer kit. Uv reflective tarps make it as cool as a shaded tree, even on the hottest days. Made it almost 1k in a month, it's hard with 3 dogs in a bicycle trailer. Your videos keep conviction alive on this long and dangerous trip. Thanks for everything that you do. The trip is cataloged on this platform, if your feeling froggy to give advice. Love ya bro Thanks again for your positive energy, it helps a lot during this time

    • well, shockingly shoes and tires don't tend to bite or feed underwater so he shouldn't have to worry about that
