  • In Morocco we make rice-sardine balls. We cook the rice first with some salt. Mince the sardines. Add Moroccan fish spices and Shermoula and cook the balls in tagine with tomato sauce and cilantro. We may decorate with strips of grilled green and red pepper and green olives.
