Dang that’s a sick trailer! It has all the things my trailer is missing. I love the kitchen and spare tire carrier.
Yes please! 💯 And that studio is 🔥🔥🔥
Another quality video from Overland Pioneers and Jeremiah.
@muddyruttzz I like the fact the XVenture Trailer comes with a Dexter Axle. Stout axle, plenty of clearance and parts are available everywhere.
Nicely done video. I like the improvements to the trailer.
I think I want a trailer now. 😳
Such a sick looking trailer 👌🏽
Really loved it!!!
Wish I could buy one of these in Australia.
I’m so getting a x-3 one day!
Worth every penny! Buy once cry once!
@@OverlandPioneers absolutely! Can you give us an idea of what a trailer, configured just how you show, would cost?
It doesn't get any better than stout aluminum frame that has been huckbolted. Love this trailer, with the exception of the roll top tonneau cover, rather have an enclosed box and 19" bed height isn't big enough to put my small 45 liter cooler in it and close it. I'm really scheming to build my own, if only huckbolt guns weren't $2500.
I would be all over this if the price wasn't obnoxiously more than double what it should be.
Design one. Buy all the tools and materials. Build it for what you think it’s worth and let me know how that turns out.
Great video! Trailer looks the part but the electrics are quite messy, no fridge and the tonneau cover is a put off.
These guys do only trailers. And have a record of quality. The wiring is easily accessed and maintained. This is our second trailer from them and haven’t had one issue yet. And we sometimes put our fridge in the trailer. The cover is a truxido cover which locks as it closes and can hold up to 400 pounds of additional cargo. We like that we can have access on 3 sides.
I at first was hesitant with the roll top but it really is handy!
@@OverlandPioneers great feedback, thanks!
With the almost 110” wheelbase of the 4Runner, which do you think would perform better? The XV2 or XV3?
Completely personal preference. They are both relatively light weigh. The big difference is cargo area and on the xv2 the telescoping top
What kind of RTT are you guys running? Did you have to drill into the platform to mount it?
We are running the Rugged Bound Penthouse XL and yes we chose to drill through the platform to mount the tent. Better mount and super strong. We used half inch carriage bolts!!!
If you have a RTT, how do you level it on a slope? Best to decouple from truck?
Either using maxtrax or similar board or yes unhook. And use the tongue to level
Wow...sharp...um...i'll take 1 please...lol
$17 large for a bare bones solid axle trailer??!!!! I don't think so.
Ok. Thanks for engaging. Clearly not bare bones. And try and build it for that including labor. Engineering. Tools. Testing. Aluminum. Electronics. Overhead. Profit.
Price seems ok. Not a cheap buy but what you get seems fair
So you can connect a shower to the other side with the extra water connection?
Yup! Whatever the propane water heater temperature is set too the accessory plug is will output that! So yes. Hot water shower from the accessory plug!!!!
@@OverlandPioneers Nice! So really just need to connect a handheld sprayer with an on/off switch right?
@@appalachianventure3920 it comes with a shower head with a on off!
@@OverlandPioneers Thanks! Love what you guys do! I hope I see y’all out there on the trail one day.
Does this trailer have the rhino pioneer tray? I’m pretty sure it doesn’t.
It does.
@@OverlandPioneers Oh, I thought the tray was their basket style not the platform style. What do they put on it if you don’t get the pioneer tray? Thanks!
@@Appalachianventure simple cross bars if you don’t get the pioneers platform.
@@OverlandPioneers Cool, of course you guys went with the PIONEER tray! What was I thinking?
I feel the wiring could be a lot better..
It’s actually very organized. The ratsnest of wires your seeing in the bottom of the box is the 20!!! Feet of wire that comes off the Noco sure power controller. Wish it wasn’t so long.
