  • While common people have to scrap their valuable cars after 10 years, these people are allowed to keep and drive vintage cars. What kind of rule is this? Common people should also get a chance to get their cars inspect, get a clearance certification from an independent government body that says the car is fit to run on road. In foreign countries, people can drive even a 25 year old Mercedes.
